Improving gains trough your brain

>Placebo been proved to work even when took for anabolic effects
>meditation helps the immune system, lowers cortisol,..., a study even found that people who did it had more telometer than thoose who didnt
>fight or flee effect producing adrenaline and other hormones to help you survive + hysterical strength https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hysterical_strength
>some people being able to change their cardia rate
>IQ tests changing when people were promised money
>the mind controls the flesh
>muscles activate when you think of using them leading to a partial training(33% less effective or somenthing)

How do we turn this reality into effective bro science to enchance the gains?

This is kind of hyper specific and exhausts your organism completely. You need to have some level of strength and conditioning for it to be effective.
Guys who yell, grunt and pump up before a workout kind of do something like that.

yeah but it still is proof we can effect our body trough our emotion and state of mind.

True. That is why hyping up somewhat works, but basic conditioning is what builds it up, otherwise it is just flailing and shouting.
It is also very specific and requires life/death conditions.
Can't exactly force life/death situations daily for hysterical strength.

The placebo part is more doable.
What I have noticed over time with observing guys like bilzerian and tate is that they do a lot of self-hypnosis to put themselves in a proper state of mind.
Added to that higher tier entrepreneurs and fitness people actively avoid stress to promote improving their conditions. Like genuinely dropping stressful situations and unnecessary stress out of their life to progress properly. So that certainly works in improving health and thus gains.

thats what i was trying to find out lmo, theoreticaly you could fool yourself into believing placebo work extra well or somenthing, maybe you need to train your mind to do that, i once focused everything in the eye that has blurry vision, it instantly improved and was better than the other, instantly had an headache after that(didnt last long)

I'm writing a book on this in relation to another topic. I'm a well accomplished Yogi. Self inference and behaving as if it is fact until you accept it. Think of the quote about staring into the void long enough that it stares back. If you can sit in a dark room and have your mind play tricks on you, then simply live in a light room and play tricks on your mind until it believes you. Perhaps that would help in it?

        t. worked for me and removed the ability to feel anything other than joy for the past 3 years

It's boring to be always-positive, and worse physiologically for your health.

Introduce yourself to Void, and play with the demians.

Is it worse pysiologically to be in a constant state of joy? I honestly feel lighter than air and healthier than ever

Exploring and confronting dark thoughts, desires etc. can be helpful. But you should be detached from them so you can observe your thoughts objectively. Why do I have these thoughts?
Too many are afraid and hide from their demons, developing unhealthy coping mechanisms when they stumble upon them in life.

If you think placebo works then the placebo effect should still be in place I guess. Just pick some random thing like pinching your ear every day and say "this will give me gains". B E L I V E

      Think about Jesus.
You can't fool yourself you can only be fooled.
You need to believe in the word from someone you trust. Trust is based on believing. If you believe in the word, the placebo can kick in.

That's what Jesus did because people trusted him 100%.
You can never trust yourself 100% but you can trust someone else 100% easily.

Find something which sounds cool to you, like mediation or yoga or some sect and don't start research...don't doubt.. just be sure it's something you can use your logic in a way that it makes sense.
      Then it works.

Do you mediate to aid the process? If so, how much time per day do you recommend?

One way to broscience it up is to ritualize everything. Very basic rituals are things like you wear red on PR days are a specific PR shirt. Maybe you have specific collars to hold the weight on the barbell you only use for PR lifts. Simple things like this. You eat a certain meal or have a certain protein bar / energy bar before a PR session. Things like that. And then also ritualize the lifts. Little rituals before a lift put the mind always back into the same place each time. Little things like spinning the barbell with your shoe while you are setting up for a deadlift for example. That one is really good and well used you are sort of training your brain to respond to the sound of the rotating barbell. Your subconcious then responds.

Dear God, as I prepare for my workout today, I ask for your guidance, strength, and willpower. Help me to focus on the task at hand and to give my best effort in Your honor. I know that through You, all things are possible, and I ask for Your help in pushing me beyond my limits.

Lord, please be with me every step of the way. Give me the physical and mental strength I need to complete this workout to the best of my ability. I pray that I can find the motivation to keep going, even when it gets tough.

Thank you, God, for the gift of my body, and for the opportunity to use it to glorify You. May my efforts today be a testament to Your love, grace, and strength.

In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

This works over time. Keep doing this every day and try to FEEL it too. Emotion needs to be part. Its why all the stories of prayers being answered are in times of terrible desperation

It's proven. When you lay in bed just do reps in your mind until failure (sleep). Wake up in the middle of the night, more reps. Only dyels just lift physical weights

Can't find it but I also remember there was a group of olympic skiiers who did extra training hours vs a group who did those extra hours but for visualization and the visualization group performed better than the group that did extra training hours. This shit is legit and world class athletes use it to their advantage.

i also thought that one should be able to increase anabolic effect or increase hormones this way, aka increased gains while still being natty + no side effect and a better state of mind.
Maybe focusing on the biceps increasing or training legs in your mind
