Which is better for young zoomers to hear?
>yeah bro im big and strong because i eat my veggies, train hard, go to bed on time and dont drink or smoke
>yeah bro im big and strong because of LE EPIK TRENBOLONY SANDWICHES HURR DURR
Never forget that the whole "natty or not" thing is done by seething roiders with shit genetics/shit response to gear. Jason Blaha started the whole thing and he takes enough roids to turn a mosquito into a pterodactyl and yet the fricker basically just looks like any random average fat guy youd see at a mall in america.
Fake natties give bad advice and set unrealistic expectations. Many people my age believe that they will get ripped by doing unweighted calisthetics (including myself for a short period of time) because e-celebs do it, and when it doesn't happen they get demoralized or become roidtrannies themselves.
Fake natties help filter morons
True, but fake natties themselves are morons. They are causing extreme permanent damage to their bodies and future generations of their bloodline while pretending to be fit.
Doing unweighted calisthenics long enough and with more volume will get you ripped. You just won't be big.
there's way too "if"s to that. At that point your ability to get lean is more important than gaining muscle. Also it's largely a product of increasing muscle tone (yes this is a real term with a medical definition) which is different from hypertrophy even though they usually coincide. If getting lean and sinewy is your definition of getting "ripped" walking will get you "ripped" if you do enough of it.
Why would eating veggies make anyone big and strong? Why can't people just tell the truth? That they're big and strong because they take drugs and eat a whole lot of nutritious animal foods?
wow it's almost like Jason Blaha trained for STRENGTH not for looks like a closeted homo
He injected synthol into his biceps and Mike O'Hearn is way stronger than he is and ever was.
merely rumours, I've never seen a pic of him with synthol bis
how do you think he lost a chunk of his bicep?
you dont want to look good?
not for men, no
so you're not a man?
wut
combat injury
>Combat injury
This is bait but holy frick I want to believe that there are people out there that actually believe Blahas bullshit
we need to go back to the good old days my friend
>hah jokes on you, I don't even want to look good!
fatty powershitter cope
>If they're over 25ffmi they're not natty.
>If what they do makes them bigger and stronger it will make you bigger and stronger too.
>If you don't use roids you won't be able to do it to the magnitude which makes you bigger than 25ffmi.
There you go. You're immune to fake natties. They can't hurt you now.
>Truth
>Lies
Which one do you think is better?
lies are more profitable for longer. If they get what they want right away they have no reason to listen to you anymore. Not saying they plan on this but like the meta of fitness influencers doesn't come from offering accurate information they come from attention tactics, telling you everyone else is wrong because you're bigger*, and maintaining a constant social media presence and content creation cycle. Eventually they'll realize what's true and not and probably resent you for it by then they've probably followed you for years, hung on your every word, shared your videos and advice with other people. The fitness industry in general is based around presenting bullshit we kind of know works as hard "science" and getting people to believe it.
>Which is better for young zoomers to hear?
there are a couple of problems with fake natties
1. they give people unrealistic expectations on how far they can progress and what causes progress.
2. They discourage people from getting healthy.
3. They muddy the whole conversation on lifting and being healthy.
I remember in one of Arnold's books he was talking about how wonderful Chinese buffets were for building muscle. At face value a normie is going to hear that and go lift and eat Chinese buffet everyday and get really fat.
It would probably be better if roids were unbanned and we could have a better conversation around what roiders do to build mass and what nonroiders do to build mass.
I really don't give a shit, since anyone that's been training for >2 year already kmows what's realistic or unrealistic
The "natty" argument works only on normies or absolute begginers
