In terms of interior design, what would save you more money?

In terms of interior design, what would save you more money? >Lose an otherwise productive room, but build it into a home gym while incurring the necessary expenses >Use the room productively and get a gym membership
This may not be true if you consider that the home gym is yours alone while you have to share the public gym space with others. Divide the square footage by the number of gym members and it might balance out.
Honestly, you can tell he didn't do shit with any of that stuff in the "before." It's all laid out like those fake homes with books you open and nothing's inside.
When I was a kid I used to see so much stuff in the carpet and the walls and ceilings, or static on the TV set. My friend had popcorn ceilings and that one was even better to look at.
Bottom unironically looks better and is better for resale value. You don’t know what he ended up doing with the gym equipment and rocker recliner. Maybe he out them in his garage. People are using their garages like additional rooms now.
>a man shouldn't have time
Lmao. No thanks. Maybe the feminists have a point. If I could be a stay-at-home dad I’d take that deal in a fricking heartbeat.
>made for consooming and entertaining others
and it's suboptimal for that. replace the recliners with a couch and maybe put in a coffee table and you have a space that's leagues better for watching netshit shows with your wife's boyfriend than the bottom pic. why did they make it look like a fricking applebee's?
It went from shit to shit. Furthermore, I remember seeing this thread before and it was revealed that the husband is a fatass so it wasn't like he was doing anything with those weights anyway. Owning a little bit of fitness equipment is unironically worse than having nothing at all for the average DYEL beginner because it tricks them into thinking their little 15 minute workouts with tiny weight are actually keeping them fit. It keeps them out of the gym because they think "ahh well I paid $400 for my exercise bike (or whatever the frick that thing is) plus I have my dumbells so I feel funny about paying for a gym membership on top of that."
a home gym will save money if you use it for some years
No it doesnt. The rent for the room area is much higher than a gym membership. Not even taking into account the price of the gear

do rentcucks really?
Go be a israelite elsewhere, thanks.

This it moronic, unless it's a door to a hidden room, which would be cool.
Sex dungeon.
First thing I thought was the cardio machine should be facing the TV.
Begore looks much comfier
I could live in that single room
Yeah, I am not a fancy person but I do like hardwood floors
lmao
>these chairs just facing the wall
What?
>he doesn't stare at the wall with his two closest friends discussing what shapes they see

It's for the guys currently getting punished
It's for the introverts
Why there are chairs pointing towards the wall?
It's for when your wife's boyfriend puts you in time-out.

>resale value
You’re part of the problem
>making money is dumb
- some moron on IST
k
I didn’t say it’s dumb moron I said you’re part of the problem
what problem is that? people wanting money? that is a problem?
No you have moronic boomer mindset "duh sell everything".
Fricking mong.
Ideally haver a home gym that looks cool and aesthetic like bottom pic and not like the cheap shit at the top, but I guess that's a money thing.
Build space saving design stuff yourself and fold it up when done
a man shouldn't have time to think about interior decorating
unless he is a wealthy and respected interior designer, of course
>a man shouldn't have time

My man here being proud of having zero time. Goy of the week.

This guy's reddit history is so weird. It's like an Oblivion npc or some kind of weird AI post bot.
