      I was like you then I cut for a month and Jesus Christ the difference is massive. I will never memebulk again. Accept it, you are not the 15% bf you think you are.         It is the actual source of satisfaction. I did a three day fast and I enjoyed watching food reviews every night for hours. The next day I broke the fast and the food was meh.

    I'm in a cut too and it's shit. My partner is doing a fricking bulk at the same time too. Licking crumbl cookie icing off their fingers and eating fancy burgers, the kind with the company logo burned into the bun. I'm almost at 6 weeks in with 3 to go.

    Don't cut the stupid way, cut the smart way. Stuff your stomach full of gruel, vegetables and fruit so you won't get hunger while being calorically deficient all the time. Like, right after waking up one big bowl of gruel with diced apple and as many carrots as you can fit after that.
