Poland wasn't won because they had inferior equipment and stronger soldiers, quite the other way around, Poland was outdated af and still used fricking cavalry.

French were destroyed because they literally forgot to defend a single stretch of their border that allowed ease of access for the German troops to go through the border, as if let in by the French through open gates and surrendering after the invasion of Paris because French love to get fricked in the ass by strong German men.

Either way, This didn't work against Soviets because they had a shit ton of land and better equipment as well as multiple red shirts that wouldn't mind keeling over for muh motherland.

I basically shovel salt in before workouts. Drink milk to balance potassium as well. Supplement magnesium. I'm doing like 1/2tsp in my preworkout, then another 1/4tsp straight immediately before heading out the door.

      Drink more water.

I forgot to mention the fact that salt obviously makes things taste better too, 99% of the time when something tastes good it means it's good for you. Just think of the taste of chicken vs beef/red meat
Chicken (low in nutrition): Tastes ok but needs all sorts of spices and seasonings
Beef (very high in nutrition): Tastes great even on its own but a bit of salt and pepper elevates the taste to godly status

it depends, i live in a 3rd world shithole and the kind of chickens prized here are the lean but flavorful ones, i always feel really energized after drinking a broth made from their bones unlike broilers, sure obese broilers exist and are cheap but they're really tasteless compared to the free roaming lean chickens, even roosters mog the shit out of broilers taste wise

Sugars were essential for putting on fat and surviving lean times. Meat was a daily food for early humans, sugary fruit was a delicacy.

            >Sugars were essential for putting on fat and surviving lean times
You wouldn't find that much sugary food in the wild, especially not in the form that exists today, either, and it would grow for roughly a month, seasonally. My theory is that we have such a taste for sugar because of breast milk (perfect bulking elixir for a toddler, what with all the carbs and fat) being our only food source when we're babies.

You really shouldn’t eat 20000 mg of sodium a day. There is a sweet spot between high and low sodium consumption that is good for health, as long as you get enough potassium, but the risk of death increases past a certain point.

Salt is added to literally everything, and we are eating more salt than our ancestors did. There is no reason to believe that most people are deficient in salt.

Salt increases blood pressure and causes hypertension.

I agree with you that obese chickens are unnaturally fat, which is why I usually eat skinless chicken breast.

Bananas are probably fine. People who eat too much bananas don’t become fat, if anything, they look sickly and thin like most fruitarians.
