ITT post diagrams, charts, any sort of infographics that can be of help
Ideally
>high quality (min 300DPI)
>valuable or otherwise hard to condense information
I'll start with what I have, personally looking for exercise grid where each exercises shows what muscle groups are activated (not just the posture)
>leg curls
I dare you to post a video doing those
anon, this... this is worse than doxing myself
What is square 5 on shoulders doing? Looks like he is just standing there
I believe those are shrugs
Man been looking for something like this, thanks
you're most welcome, I found it this afternoon as a matter of fact, however not without a considerable amount of digging
great, thanks for these anon
is this the natty limit?
checked and sky's the limit
I'm already way above with my natural test levels, if I take booster I'll frick anything that moves
ARE WE DOING THIS RIGHT NOW ?!
Yes. Although it's more shitposting than informative
I swear I thought this was going to be another wojak.
Holy Jesus Christ, an actual fitness thread
notice how shitposting quickly fades away when quality content outnumbers it, even on containment boards such as /misc/ ? simple solution to this entire website: only replying with good stuff, refrain from talking unless needed or useful.
Aye, I've been trying to take that to heart since I realized it. Shitposters and trolls live off of (You)s, so don't give them any and they starve to death and the good posters come back
Unfortunately, I have nothing to add to this thread. I just wanted to express my appreciation
don't worry king, you have good intent
etc.
I wish ~~*scientists*~~ weren't Latin gays
not sure how accurate these are but in the name of big boobs I shall post them
This is probably the only one good out of these ones.
> Seated Row, Lat Pulldown, T-Bar Row, Pull Ups/Chin Ups.
Great stuff, I would say Deadlifts are a back workout too in a way.
Just do sit ups with negatives and flutter kicks.

>tfw when you will never look like a muscle infographic
its so over
anyone have that infographic of all the workout programs from beginner to elite?
why is he built like yujiro hanma
same pose and all
Very based and aesthetically pleasing
This thread actually makes me happy instead of the typical depressing shitpost threads 😀
i might be better off in the Questions That Don’t Need Their Own Thread, but
one of my tricep’s long heads is leas defined on my right arm versus my left. even though my right arm is my dominant.
how to fix, IST? do extra tricep work on that arm, or are there exercises specifically for the long head i can do?
it’s not a HUGE difference but i can tell and it annoys me. thanks bros.
Unilateral training helps to even out imbalances.
i get ya. thanks anon
VGT
Very good thread
Thanks for all the good infographics bros.
you're welcome, wagmi
holy frick this is great
