Bros, I'm at the end of my rope here. Should I take the ssri-pill? Trazadone or Myrtazapine? Should I just smoke weed? I got a batch of delta 8 gummies lying around.

Dead lift then go home and smoke indica (or actually dry herb vape if your human)
Seroquel XR 50mg.
Saved my life
my dad takes that shit for bipolar disorder, idk about the dose.
I've taken it but it makes me feel like complete shit the next day. Causes weight gain too I believe.
Let me guess, you don’t have a job?
Just close your eyes brah
Try iodine
Melatonin and read a regular book in low light, no screens. Put blue light filters on phone and pc screens even for later in the day and just try not to use them at night. Excercise.
>drink coffee two hours before sleep with a friend
>unable to sleep
1:46 AM right now, tried to sleep since 11 and just gave up and now I'm playing some vidya until I get tired
Vidya will keep you up forever.
Probably, but I don't care, I have an alarm set for 9 and another for 9:15
similar boat here. but mine's due to mild sleep apnea. always wake up around 3-4a.m. then can't go back to sleep. not overweight in the least bit, just shit genes.
>mine's due to mild sleep apnea
wait, is this a thing? you can get it even when not fat?
i might have this since i wake up randomly and never understood why
yep, 100% you can still have it without being overweight. hell, I wasn't even a snorer before I got diagnosed.
might as well go to see a doctor about it, you never know
thanks, anon
Buy Phenibut, actually works wonders for sleep just don't abuse it please
I've been diagnosed with both sleep onset and maintenance insomnia, but the truth is that the doctors don't know shit. I'm not fat, and have been tested for sleep apnea. I don't have sleep apnea. Have tried everything. Only things that help at all are: 1. Accepting that I may not sleep well or at all. 2. THC pills. They aren't a cure. They do not put me to sleep at all. They simply give me a slight increase in sleep quality.
>phone charger in another room
simple as. first few days will suck. get a book to distract yourself.
honestly my man, avoid anything that will elevate your cortisol even further. lack of sleep itself does that so it perpetuates a continuous cycle. go on a carb binge and try nyquil
DO NOT TAKE SSRIS. they will frick you up, you will have to increase the dosage as your body turns off more receptors; they don't work
