    Do carnivore diet. It's not necessarily that meat that has everything you need to be healthy, although some argue that, but it's the perfect goy slop elimination diet because you can still eat as much greasy delicious food (you'll get full easily on just meat) and still purify your body. It's the best diet I've ever done because I grew up eating the absolute worst shit. You name it I indulged in it. Been a fat ass my whole life. But I started carnivore on New years and I've lost 30 pounds and still more coming. I had my very first cheat meal a couple of days ago by going to the Mexican restaurant and getting tacos and cheese dip and diet soda and all the shit I used to love. It tasted mediocre. Tasty, but so fricking disappointing overall. It renewed my strength to stay carnivore and completely rid my body of this garbage addiction once and for all. My palette is ACTUALLY changing for the first time in my life.

    It's hard in the beginning and it takes a little while, but stick with it and be very pure (water, meat, butter, eggs, and salt is all I'm consuming) and your taste will literally change. The old food is still good, but it just ain't THAT good you know? I feel fantastic and it ain't worth throwing away for some OK tasting slop. It's truly incredible.

      That's the thing with eating healthy.
      You feel good 90% of the time, whereas when you eat goyslop you feel good 10% (when you're eating it) but just feel slow and shitty the rest of the day.

    The irony is that the nutritious pasta and vegetables mix I make to put with meat is the closest food to slop I have eaten in my life.

    But seriously. Your cravings are related to what your diet already is. Listen to your body. If it is craving salt, fat, sugar, listen to it but give it those nutrients in a healthier form. For example plenty of salt in your food, butter and olive oil, fruits and juices for sugar cravings. It works. Change your diet but listen to your body. If you try to think salt and fat are just 'to be avoided' you'll get overloaded with cravings (your body does need them) and then it's McDonald's drive-thru.

    Also be mindful of food-specific cravings your body gives you. I will get random cravings for specific food such as eggs or chicken breast or fruit smoothie or spices like chili or paprika. That suggests to me my body is lacking the nutrients that are in those foods and I try put them in my next meal.

      Chips also have shitloads of other processed garbage in them too. I haven't looked but I wouldn't be surprised if there was sugar or HFCS in there. Make homemade chips.
