    It's the natty limit.

Depends on bodyweight. I'd generally say it's respectable but far from impressive.

For my goal bodyweight(75kg/165lbs) it is getting close to advanced. I don't need to be beyond that for my own purposes.

After 0.5-3 years of training, it's a nice achievement as long as the lift is happening according to Powerlifting rules (elbows under shoulder depth check, pause at the bottom, ass stays on bench). Outside of that, nah, you gotta get up at least to 315 as a natty to have people truly respect your bench.

I weigh 65 kg and I can bench 60kg one rep, can I get to 100 in a few months? That is if I also gain weight properly.

It depends on you, it’s not outside the realm of possibility

Just drink your whey and pray to gains Jesus every night. After a couple months of praying you'll make it bro. Gains Jesus works in mysterious ways.

No. Also don’t get fat or you’ll regret it because cutting is a b***h.

225 ORM is respectable but totally achievable without committing a ton if time and dedication. I hit it after ~6-12 months of inconsistent lifting. 315 shows a lot more dedication

Probably stronger than almost everyone else in your gym. Keep going and make the gap embarrassingly wide

A lot in terms of what natural lifters can bench press? No

Not really. I'd estimate 90% of men aged 16-60 could bench 100kg for a couple reps. Most of the time they don't because they don't have correct form or are afraid of the movement itself.

In saying that, 125kg+ is probably just above average.

Depends on a lot of factors age, height, arm length, weight how long you've been lifting, etc. Generally 225 is a good bench though.
