is 19inch shoulder width at 6feet good or framelet Posted on February 20, 2023 by Anonymous is 19inch shoulder width at 6feet good or framelet
my biachromial width is just over 15 in lmao
average for women is 14inch.... you barely made it brah
yeah but theyre like 5'4", im 5'11"
Very cute twink
19" is good, delts grow like mad too, which is nice. You can probably increase it by 2" if you bulk and hit those lateral raises/OHP.
I'm a 5'9 manlet and I have 18" shoulders, trying to hit 19" in a years time.
it takes a year just to grow 1 inch ?
a wins a win
>a wins a win
it's above average but it's also nothing striking or extremely masculine. like said you can increase it but minimally, you're capped by your genetics
how do you measure your waist?
on photoshop? or irl
irl lol, idk where exactly I should put the tape measure
i wrap it a bit below belly button with tape and then check the measurements or i use photoshop
I just measured myself and OP has the exact same height and shoulder width as me, ive never felt like I had small shoulders though
25 inch reporting in.
fuck me daddy
I fully don't believe you, especially if you measured it yourself. Shit is impossible to do accurately.
literally just stand against a wall and draw a line next to your shoulders.
there's a door behind me in that picture for scale.
wouldn't that embellish it a bit
it depends on how much you spread them, they should be in the neutral walking position.
i.e don't flare them entirely, but don't tuck your arms into your sides either because no one realistically moves like that.
I can flare them past 27 inch.
mirin, do you naturally have broad shoulders or did you gain them lifting?
I have long clavicles, but I didn't look wide until I started lifting.
your torso is long as shit too lol, how tall are you?
Very good if your biacromial width is 19 inches, slightly over untrained average if 19 inches is your bide lotus width (max width of your shoulders)
Who cares lol. Ive never even measured this shit
I (OP) do, its why i'm asking
