Right now I'm mostly just cycling. I max out at about 36 miles with a break half way. Food I avoid goyslop and inflammatory foods. Try and eat as much protein as possible and limit alcohol.

Not too bad. Get some weight lifting in too, you don't have to become a body builder, but just hitting the gym a couple of times a week and doing a full body program will do wonders for your general wellbeing.

You would do well to try and add muscle tone to your sedentary body. You will be getting dividends in pain relief.

In a year I went from a 33 year old sedentary skeleton to a somewhat athletic looking 34 year old person. But I'm not nearly as tall as you, just 5'10".

>be 32.5 years old >still too moronic to lurk or read or learn anything >want everything spoon fed because you're a special snowflake >need to work in bragging about your height to anonymous virgins
It is too late for you to ever make it
no such thing as too old to start, rather you should start as soon as possible
the older you get the more your body breaks down, getting fit and building strength can only benefit you in the long term
Of course not.
>6'10"
>210lbs
This homie gets any skinnier he'll be 2D.
lol no, if he doesn't work out he's 99% likely to be a major fatass.
I'm 6'4, 176lbs and not even full auschwitz mode like I was in HS. When I was 242 back in winter I was borderline obese.
Disregard, misread OP's height as 6'1".
Yeah he skelly.
This. 6'3, was at 140 at one point, that was auschwitz, currently 180 and on the fatter side of skinny fat.
>too old to get fit?
Never. get on it big fella.

You need to lift weight, this way you'll just be a hungry skelly

how would I best go about that. I'm not trying to get swole.
Aim for 15% BF and 23.5 BMI. Lift weights and eat. You won't be swole, but you'll look fit.
You should exercise and eat a high protein diet
Read the sticky you fricking moronic homosexual
nope. the hodgetwins started at your age and still look good.

Did you do TRT?
I second this question
Do you train abs directly
Impressive, well done Anon

The answer is simple
>be 32.5 years old
>still too moronic to lurk or read or learn anything
>want everything spoon fed because you're a special snowflake
>need to work in bragging about your height to anonymous virgins

Please post a pic of yourself standing in a doorway
There is no "too old" to get fit. You may never reach your full potential if you start late but it's never not worth it.
I'm 36. You will never be too old. Do it for your own health and by that, age won't matter
Holy heckin no way the Undertaker is posting here

That's a mulatto perm.
Are you a wither skeleton?
Nah, but it'll take you about 3 years to make it, so start now.
Last i checked, humans can hypertrophy muscle up until they die. The more concerning fact is you’re 32 years old and still asking if it’s too late.
