3pl8 bench is for sure. That’s when your chest really starts to develop. A 2pl8 ohp is also worthwhile. Squats and dls imo are not worth progressing past 3/4 for aesthetics but obviously are if you’re a power lifter

It was easy for me to hit 135 when I was younger because I was a fat fricking moron that was like 270/280
But in regards to my arm length, they are proportional to my height so if that’s “short” then yes I have short arms

Not related to the bench (I can only bench about 260 one rep max,) but the genetic freak meme is real. I can do sets of 10 weighted dips at 4pl8 without even training specifically for it. That's way more than my deadlift and is closing in on my squat one rep max (405.) I have seen absolute gorillas dip less, and I'm 100% natty... Not even creatine. By IST standards, you'd even think I was a DYEL.
