Do forearm training, and use straps on heavy pulls.
Farmers walks, fat grips, etc would help.

If you're competing, yeah. Otherwise just do what your body is capable of. If you can't lift a weight unequipped right now, you will be able to eventually.

Did 2 reps of 135kg, should I just do lower weight or use straps because my grip slipped at the 3rd rep. I did 120kg for 3x5 a week ago just fine
No straps, change grip and keep pushing harder
Use straps bro
"No straps" advice leads to poor form and snap city
Straps only lead to weakness, grip strenght is important

Just do RDL's
>t. glassback

Should I use a belt?
are your pants dropping?
Yes, as long as you learn how to breath properly before lifting first

Is it bad that I've stopped doing conv. deadlifts and started doing deadlifts into zercher squats?
Deadlifts are DYEL filters.
