Is anyone else dreammaxxing? I learned a while ago that eating cheddar cheese can help induce dreams more vividly. I've been eating tons of the stuff and using lucid dreaming techniques to the point where I have had sex in my dreams twice with full control - no it wasn't as good as the real thing, but still great. Is anyone else doing this?

Cheese is high in fat. So nah not worth better dreams.

And if you're doing that fat MUST be avoided. Never combine fat and carbs.

Sure, just make sure you don't combine it with carbs, and vice versa if you want to enjoy some good bread or fruit.

Melatonin and magnesium. It makes me dreams turn into fun and nonsensical adventures where i get to be reunited with my old friends where do things like riding a tram on a rail but 100 meters up in the air into an abandoned mine where it turns into a dragons dogma party with ogres, sorcerers oh my.
But the worst part of the dreams is that it isn't just about missing my friends but also dreaming about having a girlfriend and cuddling with her, kissing her and holding hands, doing couple things together. It makes me sad when i wake up because it'll never be me.

I had a dream tonight that I was talking to a professional impregnator. His job was to go around and impregnate women that couldn't find a man. He told me it was mostly ugly chicks and girls in there 40s but I was still intrigued. I told him his job sounds great, it's a shame I'm 5'8 and probably wouldn't be hired. He told me plenty of the people at the firm were shorter, one guy was only 4'4. He then gave me his card and told me to call if I was interested. Then I woke up. What did my brain mean by this bros?

I used to eat a ton of cheese and I'd have these crazy sleep paralysis experiences on a regular basis. One was a monster/incubus screaming in my ear that began to start fricking me. Another was an incredibly vivid and eerie piece of music by what sounded like a medium sized string ensemble. They've mostly stopped since I started eating plant based and I kind of miss them. I started including my dreams in like a sort of "life quality" journal. Where its just two lines per date includes just how I slept, morning wood intensity (as a symbol and a % in case anyone reads it), if I overate my TDEE, BM y/n as another symbol, and the second line is used to describe my dream if I had any or like how many times I had to get up to pee or whatever might have been the issue with my sleep.

Nightmares are an excellent way to learn lucid dreaming because you have a reliable dream sign to remind you to see if you're dreaming. Also if they're scary enough, they're just good entertainment

I have been stressed recently and my dreams keep getting more disturbing every night. Is it from stress ?

      Anonymous

Yes. Your conscious fears are seeping into your subconscious. I would suggest writing out on paper what is stressing you out and what you are (or should be) doing to manage it. Do it in as best detail as you can, then read over what you have written. This should allow you (and your brain) to see your stress as a task rather than a fear/uncertainty.

In my experience, it's not what I see in my dreams/nightmares, but what I feel, because what I see doesn't make sense, but what I feel in them I also feel in real life.
Yes, it is because of stress, and your subconscious considers the root of your stress a major threat. You will never be rid of the dreams until you deal with the problem in the real world.

do you want cool dreams or lucidity? there are other ways to get to lucidity, the best two practices imo is to frequently reality checking yourself when awake, as well as keeping a dream journal
you'll notice that some patterns reappear often in your dreams
my no1 reality check for me when dreaming for example, is being in a dark place/street at nighttime and having a lightbulb not work
everyone has repeating patterns like that, if you keep a journal you'll find which one are yours
however, i feel like controlling your dreams isn't as fun as having weird as frick dreams
so i'll suggest taking b6/b12 if you want to dreamaxxx
having wacky as frick dreams every night is really fun

What a coincidence. I too want to dreammax. I can never tell if I'm in a dream or not so I never get to have cool dreams. Hope this thread gets momentum and we get some good tips 🙂
I believe that when there are no causes in real life to trigger it, that nightmares stem from some outside spirit or demon coming to bother people in their sleep and feed off their emotions. As a result I have become violent in my dreams. My biggest issue is that everytime I get a nightmare I wake up right when I start swinging. I have a need to kill nightmare creatures and I wake up before fulfilling it.
    >be me last night
    >I had a dream where someone knocked on my door.
    >It was some fat smug looking bald muscle dude with a katana looking for info on my brother.
    >Looked like he came in a truck full of other armed dudes.
    >Dude barged in without permission and went upstairs to go look for something.
    >Since its a dream I tend to move slower in both body and mind.
    >Go to see what he's doing
    >rummaging through brothers backpack and fails to find anything
    >takes pizza from moms purse that she brought me from a night ago.
    >get mad
    >tell fat b***h to drop the pizza
    >he ignores me and goes towards door
    >attempt to take it away from him
    >he pushes
    >He knows he's got about 100 pounds of muscle on me while I am a simple skelly
    >the second I see his smug face again I take a swing at him
    >at this point I'm ready to kill this fat frick over a pizza slice
    >wake up
Now I'm angry this fricking demon didn't stay longer so I could slit his throat. I know I would have won too. I once ripped a guys jaw off in my dream and continued wailing on him just cause his face angered me. -_-

So how do I do it IST? How do I stay asleep long enough in my dreams to kill demons for bothering me? And how do I lucid dream better so nightmares aren't my only source of entertainment at night? Teach me your ways!
