There is no real "Full Body" exercise in hypertrophy training. Focus on specific exercises for each part. Best if you've got a horizontal press and row and a vertical press and row. Your lower body will also need a knee extension dominant and a hip extension dominant exercise.

If you were to exercise most muscles on the body thought deadlifts to the point you would when doing separate excercises, you would be having injuries left and right.

I only barbell bench to test my max strength, my shoulders sperg out of I do it too often. I got a 2pl8 bench with pushups, DB bench and OHP.
If I wanna get stronger I probably have to bench more.
