Any decent program would include all three. Pullups and rows in the same day don't really make sense to me though.

why not? Ones more lat focused the other is more has more rhomboid and trap they overlap a lot but they also make up for a bit of what the other misses.

idk just cause they're two big pulls. I suppose it wouldn't really hurt. I do full body 3-4 days a week and intentionally alternate pullups and rows just like I alternate squats and deadlifts or OHP and bench.

I try to get 6 sets per movement category per fullbody workout and one accessory for each.

not my routine but to spitball a minute here:
          3x bench
          3x w.pullup
          3x RDL
          3x OHP
          3x row
          3x squat
          2-3x fly
          2-3x curls
          2-3x calf raise

The reason I think these work well together is because OHP and Rows (and to an extent RDL) aren't HEAVY compounds I treat them as something between a primary compound and an accessory and try to keep them in the 10-12 rep range rather than 8 or under. I like the concept of A & B's but in practice I've never found a way to do it where I felt like it was enough unless I was doing it every other day. Instead of 3 days a week and 2 day weekends.

but you should lift something harder than just a bar...

yeah, it should be pretty hard if you're still a super light lifter. Maybe switch to a DB variation. You'll probably be able to lift 20% more when and if you go back to using a bar. I still like seal rows even though my gym has ran out of DBs heavy enough for it and doing it with a bar means you have to do moronic shit with the bench.

most probably, that chubb isn't mogging anyone. 6 sets/wk is demonstrably underworked. 8 isn't much better, particularly for the chest.
