Bread is fine as a carb source, just like rice or potatoes, it does cause tooth decay though

It is literally poison and will make your dick fall off. 100% of people who have eaten bread have died, or will die. You can buy my diet program to avoid this gruesome fate.

It's not great for you compared to the nutrition of less refined carbs but it's not bad for you if you have room in your diet for the carbs and calories and don't need any specific micros you'd otherwise be getting.

    >bread is peasant food
it's was both peasant and noble food. Although the breads were really different, peasant breads were cut with things like pea and oat flours, whole grain wheat as opposed to hulled to make the wheat flour go farther. It made the bread harder, and not taste as good but it made it a lot healthier than fine sifted pure wheat flour breads the noble and clergy got.

They also used sandstone to grind them down and got all the sand in the bread.

Their teeth were bad because they were also eating rocks that would get mixed into the flour due to the grinding. But what you're saying about the bones is largely inconclusive right now. The lazy royals whom had the best preserved bones did not represent the health and vigor of the majority of the population.

        >The results that were obtained from this study indicate that the bones tested had a bone density at least comparable to and in some cases slightly higher, than their modern equivalents

It was sand. And there are other populations that consumed sand with fish and their teeth were fine. Its the grains

you can eat it if you want but it provides pretty much jack shit nutritionally. That's why they literally have to add vitamins to it
