    I don't know why anyone thinks bulking is hard. Literally drink milk. It's cheap as fuck in 99% of countries and has a shitload of protein + calories. Don't eat useless shit with no nutritional value.

    Go do a workout, down a litre of milk after. Most people can easily drink 2 litres after a big workout.
