yes, it contains very little omega 6 fat and some short and medium chain triglycerides. just don't overdo it, because it contains a lot of calories.

Are you a bot, everytime brings up moderation you sperg out with this poison thing. Like, you're autism doesn't allow you to make your own decisions or interpretations on basic principles.

And technically, you could consume a moderate amount of a poison and feel no effects from it. It would just be very low. But why are you drinking a very low dose of poison anyway? What's the desired response?

I think you moderate your autism and IST use.

"moderation" for seed oils is 0 g per day though. and moderation for polyunsaturated fat less than 10 g per day.

        What a fricking stupid post

The guy didn't mentioned seed oils. You do not need to choose between butter and oil

          your post is fricking stupid.
he didn't mention seed oils, but he did mention "moderation" which is a useless term if not used in its proper context. according to several ~~*institutes*~~ a high amount of seed oil and processed crap is considered "moderation" even though it should be way less.
          >You do not need to choose between butter and oil
doubling your cooking oil amount doesn't seem like a great idea just so you "don't have to choose"

It was used in a proper context. Your autism didn't allowed you to see it

No. Excess of saturated fat which means you'll need to avoid fat in other foods(namely meat).

I suppose that a few grams per day is okay tho. Certainly not a cutting meal

Two table spoons of butter is around 200 calories and can be excellent for building a sauce. You could also use egg yolks and lemon to make a hollandaise sauce that is lower calorie.

Try to drink a small glass of seed oil.
    Just do it.

    Tell me how you feel.

Now do the same thing, but with half a stick of butter.

Your body will immediately tell you what it prefers.

The amounts used for cooking are fine.
The amounts used for roux or as a condiment are questionable.

Based moron, adding butter to your meals increases bio-availability.
That's why we call some vitamins, "fat-soluble vitamins".

Do you really think you need to suppliment saturated fat at all? It's so easy to get 20g+ if you eat meat at all. In most contexts adding an egg would be better if you're low on saturated fat.

          >Do you really think you need to suppliment saturated fat at all?
The average person who works out was likely told to eat lean protein.
I've seen several bodybuilders so far who always went for the fat-free versions of the foods they were consuming, including the favorite food of any bodybuilder, lean chicken breast.
My friends followed their advice, despite them only working out "for fun".

Adding a buttery sauce to your dry, boring chicken breast is the most satisfying feeling ever, because your body genuinely craves saturated fats.
