He’s improved them. The main issue is the he has bad bicep insertions so there is (was) a lot of space between the elbow and bicep when he flexed for a top bodybuilder. Almost definitely the worst bicep insertions of the top 5 classic physique competitors but it doesn’t matter because everything else is so good he still blows them out of the water
