i try to make most of my meals. every morning i do a frozen berry kale banana whey protein shake with whole milk, then around ten or so i get hungry again so i'll either make my self a sausage egg and cheese or a PBJ with some more milk. lunch is usually some random thing i make like bibimbap or carnitas (i pressure-cook country-style pork ribs when they're on sale and can put them into a variety of dishes) yesterday i grilled some pork chops i flattened out and ate them with grilled onions and some rolls i tried making from scratch, though they turned out kind of dense and shitty. dinner is often the same as lunch or leftovers from the previous lunch---i've got some pork ragout i made with rigatoni, or often i'll grill up a steak and eat it with a salad, or maybe some kind of beef stew or a sandwich with chopped chicken breast. last week i smoked some salmon and chicken thighs and was eating that. just picked up some brisket on sale, too, and was going to smoke it over the weekend. i also try to flash-cook leafy greens for most meals, either kale or spinach or mustard greens and just throw some seasoning onto it
i dunno, i guess it could probably be a bit better. i think i go a little heavy on the meat and dairy and have been considering building in vegetarian days throughout the week. maybe that'd help?

I used to drink 2~4 cups a day for a good while and when I quit the first week was hell, severe headeache all day long, shit mood, literally falling asleep at my desk at work, extremely tired.
It started to fade during the second week and on the third I was already quite good.
i don't get the headaches but the fatigue is prominent and i am a bit moody though not necessarily irritable just blase
