Coffee is worse for you. Both of them are a waste of time and money when you can just drink water.

Lies. English tea is made as follows (take notes):
Add tea bag to boiling water
Allow bag to steep for anywhere up to 2 minutes
      Remove bag
Add milk to taste, visual guide should be a fudge colour.
      Sorted.

The more caffeine the worse, so coffee. Not only does it ruin your sleep and messes with some hormones, the 'energy' effect also goes away if you do it daily - so you're just drinking it to feel normal.
Only use caffeine rarely when you need to go superhuman, and then do it in great amounts, at least 3 scoops of pre-workout for maximum burst

This is really good advice if you want to give yourself a panic attack.

What kind of bullshit is this graph? One dotty line go down. One dotty line go up. Me can nah mek a sense di bloodclot graph.

I guess you are low IQ can't be helped: The one going up represents the relative mortality risk from above topic (all causes) and the bottom represents the relative risk from coffee consumption which goes down more cups a day you drink if I got it right.

To me it still is a very BS chart.

guess I'll be the first to bring up the absurd amount of fluoride in tea, potentially making it worse than coffee

Fluoride is in coffee too especially instant, however you can minimize amount of fluoride by finding trusted sources for clean teas like Clippers, really love them but won't drink tea more than twice a week. Coffee is better over all unless you need something to calm down for bed.
