Nah frick that, I eat plenty of meat but finally jumped on creatine after a few years at the gym without taking it, a week later I was pumped as frick. I was pretty shocked how well it worked
cycling as in hopping off?
It's just creatine bro, you can literally be on it forever if you wanted to.
Just take 5mg a day mixed with water, no need to hop on/off, it's not damaging in any way (and no, doesn't cause hair loss)
my personal experience is that I was losing some hair but when I started creatine I actually slowed down and shed LESS hair somehow. also my muscles are more swollen with water and I have more energy. I am not a doctor. this is not advice.
I just started creatine 3 weeks ago (5g a day) and making good gains, muscles feel harder and can lift more , can't comment on hair loss because I'm already bald
i remember a study where it affects your liver if you use it non stop long term. I also used it very long and one of my liver measurements is on the edge.
Are roid muscles as strong as they look or are they cosmetic?
Muscle size is more about volume of training than strength. Roids increase strength about 10-15% but improve size gains about 200-300%. A lot of it is from increased water retention.

You don't need to cycle creatine. That's roidtroony psyop marketing to make it appear more "powerful" than it actually is. Take 20g daily for a week to saturate your muscles, then 3 a day "forever" to maintain peak saturation. You have to eat a lot more brotein than is being stated ITT to actually see benefits from creatine supplementation, like 200+g a day. Small gainz over a long period of time. Think years rather than months.
How do you guys choose to drink it? It's so fricking difficult to get down for me. Its all grainy and makes my face twitch involuntarily for like 10 seconds after I take a big gulp.
Creatine is good for not only muscles, but also offers cognitive benefits for brain Performance. It's only harmful if you don't drink enough, because it dehydrates you. So just drink 3-5 Liters of water/tea a day and you're fine.
>match with girl on bumble who looks like this >tell her I want to wring out into a glass her socks after a run so I can sip on it >"I like you"
Bros I don't wanna jinx it but I think I've made it
I will make sure to savor it, it really does feel like a dream.
She was telling me she runs a lot and lifts a lot and was talking about sweating buckets in a bath so I think I'm gonna be getting drunk on cute girl sweat.
I wish you luck fellow sweatbro inshallah we will both have sweaty girls to drink from
My friend was taking creatine, drinking coffee regularly and would sometimes drink on the weekends. Over a course of a few months he shitted out blood one day. He thought he was dying. The doctor said his entire routine had dried out his intestines and caused him to be majorly backed up full of shit. So no, don't take creatine.
Yup. Apparently she's opened an OnlyFans. She says being nude is natural and it's not about the money, it's about getting in touch with her inner spirit. All the money of her OnlyFans (estimate to be millions a month) will go to help the environment by supporting her and her islamic boyfriend and thereby allowing her to get the message out better.
Nah. I used to (I have no idea who I had heard it from) but I stopped "cycling" it once a big motherfricker at my gym told me to just stay on it non-stop. He had some pretty good knowledge of nutrition and supps so I took his word for it.
Creatine works for most lifters because most lifters are short electrolytes and carbohydrates so it makes their body function properly by increasing their blood sugar and acting as an electrolyte
If you lift legitimately heavy (1-6reps) at actual volume (5-10 sets,), and hit all the major barbell compounds twice a week, you should be on creatine, skipping protein powder for meat, doing ample cardio, and watching your cortisol closely
The best way is to blast and cruise creatine, lots of guys just take CRT of 5mg a day, but in reality you can take more for short periods and it’s safe. I recommend doing a 4 month blast of 30mg a day, then after that coming to a cruising dosage of 5mg a day. This will get you more gains then just the mild benefit you will get from going on CRT.
Just eat meat, bro.

google?
I value the opinion of people with personal experience more.
Purely cosmetic. Strength has nothing to do with muscle size.
https://youtube.com/shorts/El2NQkq0xEE?feature=share
partially true, however more bodyweight=more strength unless you suck at lifting
Hypertrophy and neuromuscular gains go hand in hand when it comes to overall strength.
This is a moronic question, why would powerlifters bother taking steroids if it didn't help them get stronger?
Muscle size is more about volume of training than strength. Roids increase strength about 10-15% but improve size gains about 200-300%. A lot of it is from increased water retention.
Same here. After starting on creatine I was able to start increasing weight and reps on almost everything like I'm experiencing noob gains again.
Man, greta got ripped.
no
nice. good form.

why are you homosexuals lying about this?
Don't mix it with water, just dump it in your mouth and wash it down with water

You goddamn fricking moron.
impressive. very nice.
now lets see Paul Allens Boobs
i remember a study where it affects your liver if you use it non stop long term. I also used it very long and one of my liver measurements is on the edge.
don't let morons complicate creatine for you, it's the most well-researched weightlifting supplement there is and proper use is very straightforward
Would you say you drink plenty of water consistently?
Oi, sauce?
Damn, i want to frick Greta now
>the ultimate green pill is to eat lesser people

why the frick would you need 200g per day
How do you guys choose to drink it? It's so fricking difficult to get down for me. Its all grainy and makes my face twitch involuntarily for like 10 seconds after I take a big gulp.
Mix it with something sweet. It'll still be grainy though as it's not very water soluble.
I just put it in my tea or coffee, sometimes I put it in my food if it's a sauce based food like Bolognese
Saturation is pointless. Just take 5g daily indefinitely.

Dude didn't drink enough water. Alcohol and caffeine dehydrate you and creatine works by pulling more water into the muscles.
What the frick? Greta? No way

creatine is literally only thing from supplements that what is written actually works dumbhead
Friendly reminder that if you take creatine you are not natty
Is this true bros?
No

can you repeat the question?
Nah. I used to (I have no idea who I had heard it from) but I stopped "cycling" it once a big motherfricker at my gym told me to just stay on it non-stop. He had some pretty good knowledge of nutrition and supps so I took his word for it.

do you really need to do a week of 20g when you start or is it a meme (buddy of mine is big and said its a meme just 5g a day)
no need bruh 20g meme is for speedrunners
It just saturates your muscles faster and makes you run out quicker so you have to give mr. shekelstein more money
No, it just gets stored in your muscles.
Give name

No. Creatine isn't even necessary. It improves performance for some people very very slightly. Like 1-2%. For others like me it does nothing.
same girl?
Holy frick
Her on all 4's with each braid wrapped around each of my hands as if steering a fricking horse.
