How did you lose 24kg in one month?
      That doesn't sound healthy, man.

I was in a clinic at the time for crazies but where I live if youre not in the closed one its more like a vacation home with a lot of young women and some dudes.
In that time I restricted calories like crazy and many days just fasted. Also trained 4 hours multiple days a week, most of it just the clinic gym or in the basement of our stations house. So more or less I starved myself there with heightened activity helping.
I looked like shit in the end.

          >I looked like shit in the end.
          That's not surprising.
With that amount of weight loss a good chunk of it would have been muscle mass, even if you were working out constantly.

Did you manage to keep it off and/or build some muscle to get in better shape and what's your height?

Good on you for the effort though, hope you are doing better mentally too.

Nah I didnt keep it off, but I was for the first and only time afterwards disciplined with a program, I think building the monolith by wendler. Attained real numbers in the big four for the first time in my life, and gained a bit of mass. But I also overate like crazy and balooned up to 90 something, I think almost 100 again in a relative short time but dont remember how long. I am a manlet at 175, so I guess its easier for me to bulk and cut to a degree.
Also thanks, I still hate myself but atleast I managed to get married and have a valid reason to get more lean, and seriously this time, again.

Have you calculated your TDEE, set a goal kcal amount and started counting calories?

Your weight loss and gain sounds quite chaotic.
73kg wouldn't look that bad on your frame with.a decent amount of lean body mass. Just find a realistic program and stick to it and you'll make it.

Oh well, been there, done that. It really never ends, you just learn how to cope better with it as time goes on.
Well done getting married though, if the two of you are happy together you have achieved much more than most ISTizens in that regard.

Yes and I used a app for counting, so probably wasnt always accurate even if I weighed everything. But doesnt matter too much when youre on a starvation diet and your daily intake subsists of maybe an apple and some meat. As you said I looked bad, skinnyfat afterwards as it was impossible to build any mass on that diet. Afterwards I built some and I retained a bit but I am far from anything satisfactory atm. Discipline was always my biggest problem, if you hate yourself and especially your body its hard to just keep grinding without giving up because you feel pathetic.

My whitepill is that I truly believe most women could be beautiful if they actually wanted to. Maybe 75% of them, maybe even more. Men have evolved to find most women they could mate with attractive; in a tribe of 20-30 people this is an absolute necessity.

Two blackpills. (1) This that this doesn't apply to men whatsoever. (2) Most women have no sense of discipline and cannot reach their potential because it's easier to be a fat whale.

Goes both ways. If you only hang around a town with uggos, that'll be your new baseline.

I recently cut for the first time in some years, going from being at the 96-102kg range (at around 185cm) down to around 87kg. That's not an insane amount, but the difference in appearance was insane. It made a difference in dating, too. If not appearance itself you will definitely feel more confident, and with that becoming naturally more attractive. Even just seeing your muscles way more defined feels fricking amazing.
