I actually feel kind of bad. Imagine having to fight against all the positive reinforcement from fricking everybody who meets you ‘mirin and somehow still having the foresight as a dumb kid to know it’s not worth destroying your ability to to one day conceive a child that you’d desperately want. At least her man gets to creampie her non stop for years tho

No, you’re just thinking like a fricking loser. When you’re dedicating yourself to anything, being in the top 5% should mean fricking nothing. This applies to the vast majority of things when you’re comparing to the entire population of humans. Try to learn chess for a few months religiously and you’ll already easily beat most people you encounter. Bench for a few months and you’ll probably have a higher max than everyone at your job. Focus on cardio for a while you’ll run a mile MINUTES faster than the average person. Yet it means nothing. You SHOULD compare yourself to other people who are actually dedicated because most people are dog shit at most things, simply because they don’t care about them. If you just use the average person as a standard, you’re doing nothing but feeding your ego. As a personal anecdote: when I was in high school I was easily the smartest in every one of my classes. Never even had to try and aced every test, near perfect SAT with zero studying, the top ranked students in my grade always seemed like dumb fricks in class to me. But in university, that was just baseline for every one of my classmates. Yet, some of them still put the work in regardless of how ahead they were of everyone else, unlike me. Then reality hit like a fricking truck that I’d never make it in research as anyone special. If you’re okay with being completely mediocre, then sure pretend top 5% means anything. But if your goal is to be a monster, absolutely compare yourself to influencers.

unless you have excellent genetics you will never be in the top 5% aesthetically so it's stupid thing to focus on

the only reason you ever even had the opportunity to compare yourself to the top 0.01% or whatever academically is because you were born with 130+IQ. for most people it's completely pointless to even think about such things. be it in fitness or somewhere else. focus on the things you can actually control, moron.

This is true. Top 5%, top 1% - nothing. True champions are always hungrier for more, they like their successes but they're not enough. I have no proof of think, but I think a lot of people start to get a little queasy when they start enjoying some real success, like making newspapers and such. They think they've "made it" and lay off things a bit, enjoying the fruits of their labour and how they were a great success. b***h you did fricking nothing! Don't aim to be one in a hundred or one in a thousand but one in a fricking million or better. Even if you don't make it that far at least you'll have gotten further and you'll make your own unique status, you didn't pussy out like a shy little chicken shit.

Yes, they're all teenagers and young adults who view cycles as a means to fight their body dysphoria and build a career as an "influencer". This is what unlimited internet access does to children.
The caveat here is look away from these online platforms and look at actual normal human beings (even the ones that go to your gym) and no, most people aren't roiding / SARMing / etc.

I know that any steroid is awful for when you are still in puberty, however, I was under the impression that careful use of anabolics is actually somewhat safe nowadays. If you use steroids cautiously and educate yourself how bad are they truly?

        >~~*who*~~
It's the people who normalize drug use, and tell people that there are "safe" ways to use. It's MPMD, it's RP, it's anyone who's open about their usage because while people like to pretend that full transparency is the solution, it isn't. It will always be glamorizing and encouraging.

        > ~~*who*~~ is selling the idea that SARMs are perfectly safe for long term health?
I know that any steroid is awful for when you are still in puberty, however, I was under the impression that careful use of anabolics is actually somewhat safe nowadays. If you use steroids cautiously and educate yourself how bad are they truly?

        >educate yourself
Doctors go to medical school to learn about drug interactions in the human body. They spend years of their lives gathering information, conducting clinical trials, and it's a constantly evolving process. And even they still sometimes get it wrong. Why do you believe YOUTUBERS when they tell you that they know the secrets to "safe" use of these drugs? Why are you so confident that you can "self educate" yourself off forums and 15 minute videos to the level of understanding of biochemistry you would need to even begin to be able to make that assessment for yourself?

The fitness "industry" is held up by people claiming they are the absolute arbiter of truth, despite being some of the dumbest people in any room they're in. Do you know how easy it is to get a Master's in sports physiology or some other made-up kin discipline? You just have to pay the money. The only reason this model works is because they are primarily speaking to beginners, who are largely children, who have even less of a grasp on pharmacology than they do.

I'm not a huge fan of gobermint, but there's a reason these drugs are illegal in lots of places and it's not because the state is worried about you getting so big and strong that you overthrow them. It's because this shit is actually dangerous, and without legal protections profiteers will sell this shit to kids and desperate men any way they can.

Buying research chemicals from Chinese labs is a recipe for disaster. I've worked in academic and professional lab settings and I can not tell you how many hours of work were lost due to research chemicals being impure, impotent, mislabeled or straight up a different compound. And this is buying from "reputable" lab suppliers. Individual SARMs *might* be harmless (they aren't), but there is no amount of money you could pay me to put anything from one of these sources into my body, no matter what they claim it is or what they claim it does. The whole business is predatory, don't become a patsy.

I just started on osterine as it shuoldn;t have an effect on test levels.

Wonder how bad the damage is to say, regular alcohol consumption. Which I don't do.
Combined with regular exercise and a solid diet I'd day I'm better off.
