        roidoot in sodomite photoshoot

i did this exact thing as a kid, at 15 i was on par with adults, we'd dig pitchforks from the front and throw straw bales beyond reach of pitchofork up, no there is nothing spectacular about it lol - everybody did it

u just don't want to end up on a trailer putting bales in order because this one is a b***h - u sweat like crazy manhandling bales constructing an tower u stand atop, either u wear trousers or ur legs will be cut to bloody pulp, u don't want to wear trousers in scorching heat doing manual labor

if u're weak u will get blisters on hands immediately from grabbing pitchfork too hard, but on the trailer bale wire will try to cut hands up
but if u're too weak for pitchfork work u will end up as tower constructor

Yeah but you're not doing that round the year. We would bale and do the whole business of getting those into everyone's barns for winter but the whole ordeal was less than a week. Half the people just wanted the large round bales and that's just tractor work.

I dont really know what farmers do.
What I assume they do is carry 40-80pounds things and put them on a truck
      tug on animals
      that would make you stronger
maybe not give you a huge bench but your squat and deadlift should fall below 225, you should be able to bench a plate with no training too, that's how strong they get in my opinion

      >I dont really know what farmers do.
Aside from spending their entire day moving around, they also spend so many hours in the Sun.

Your skin produces a very powerful steroid hormone when it's exposed to the Sun that literally makes your bones thicker and heavier and increases muscle mass.
They call it a "vitamin" because they don't want you to realize how powerful and important it is.
They also spread lots of lies about how the Sun will make you age or give you cancer if you don't smear on your skin a toxic liquid that gives you cancer ("sunscreen").

I've been sunbathing a lot lately, and I feel quickly getting stronger, leaner, I sleep so much better. Today I woke up, and I had the deepest voice I've ever had.

Truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but I went on a beach/sun holiday last year because I was an overworked POS and aside from having time of work I spent 7+ days under the beaming Caribbean sun and felt energized like you wouldn't believe.
All this office homosexualry we're subjected to completely fricks us up.

          >Truth is probably somewhere in the middle,
Middle ground fallacy. The Sun is good for us, period.
If it harms you, it's because your diet is low in cholesterol or saturated fat (required for a healthy skin and vit. D production) or are overdoing it.

ive been trying that but i just burn
          t. type 1 skin

There are several things to do in order to sunbathe correctly that most people don't know.

1- It is very important not to shower in the morning if you're going to sunbathe that day. Shower in the evening or after sunbathing instead.
Your skin produces natural oils to protect you that are removed when you shower, especially if you use any kind of soap or gel.

2 - You're probably spending too much time the first few times. Your face and arms might be used to it but your body is covered pretty much all year round.
My first sunbathing session was barely an hour (turning around every 15 min.) and I slightly burned. If you're pale, you rarely ever need or can take more than an hour at a time.

3 - Also, a diet low in cholesterol and saturated animal fat will result in you being unnaturally pale, and it will make you burn more easily.
Vegans and vegetarians are usually very pale and have trouble getting tanned. Your body needs saturated animal fat and cholesterol to maintain a healthy skin and produce vitamin D.

Can I ask what if I eat foods high in omega 6? (Where I live I eat a lot of pork, and I know it is industrially raised so its lard has a lot of omega 6) will it have any effect when I sunbathe?

Post hands homosexual. Guarantee he's some brown Jeet lecturing white people on sun tolerance.

If you are white and spend all day in direct sunlight you are going to get rekt. Sun is good for you but any more than 20 minutes on white skin in tropical sun is DAMAGING your skin. There is reason why New Zealand has such a high cancer rate (white people + high UV index year round).

There are plenty of sunblocks that are safe and effective. Zinc and Titanium Oxides work very well.

Peak health is 20 minutes in noon sun without sunblock on back, roll over and 20 minutes on front. Anything more and you get burnt which is ACTUALLY a burn on your skin.

depends on intensity of the sun really.
But yeah, brownoids really love to cry about how white, white people are.

Ya it's almost like doing manual labor for hours a day, every single day, for your whole life, makes your muscles grow stronger without necessarily getting huge. Someone might be able to draw the conclusion that humans are meant to be active and lead physical lives rather than sitting at this gay desk in a room with no windows, browsing a Mongolian basket weaving forum in an effort to avoid doing the few menial tasks I have to do today, all so I can take home a decent paycheck at the cost of my sanity.

farmer strength is just grip + core strength
wrestling with awkward objects is a big part of their jobs
do farmers walks and sandbag carries (bear hug + shoulder carries), that'll get you 90% of the way there. maybe some mace swinging as a warm up if you want to emulate using a tool.

  9. 3 weeks ago

Yes, but you won't be looking aesthetic because most of focus goes to arms, particularly hand grip, and whole lot of core strength because as farmer you'll be carrying lots of shit all day long.

This. There basically are no small farmers doing things by hand any more. You've got millionaires who larp as farmers and that's about it. Rich, trust fund kids that bailed hay a couple times on Grandpa's 600 acre farm.

They keep the myth of small struggling farmers around so they can suck up huge amounts of tax money via subsidies..

I have 30 acres. I raise cattle and chickens for meat, own horses, and have an orchard for fruit. Small personal garden.
You get good core strength from farm activities, which is where most strength comes from.
When I went to lift with my buddy at the gym for the first time, I out lifted him in pretty much everything.
Mostly from carrying 3 string bales (80-100lbs,), water and feed buckets. Manhandling horses and cows and bulls, and doing stuff like fencing and shoveling and other repairs around the place.
You won't get a great physique like you do from targeted lifting, but you will be functionally stronger than most people who don't have that physical lifestyle at home.

      >but you will be functionally stronger than most people who don't have that physical lifestyle at home.
