I went from 130 to 110 eating McDonald's every morning and pizza every evening. I worked 50 hours a week at a physical job and it made it impossible for me to stay at 130kgs, no matter what I ate.
This was before I was even into fitness. I lost weight without trying, and never once ate healthy during that 11 months.

I gained 40lbs on peanut butter, milk, and fast food and normies call me "jacked"
Burgers and fried chicken aren't health food but they're high in calories and protein if you're bulking. The fries are useless and soda is terrible for you though. Just get a couple of mcdoubles if you're bulking.
>low satiety >sugary drinks >most is deep fried >shit macros skewed to high carb + high fat >very lacking in minerals and nutrients
at the end of the day, it's about CICO and meeting your vitamin / mineral requirements. fast food only makes sense for bulk and even then you need to get nutrients elsewhere, unlike the classic chicken + rice + veggies / fruits that covers both grounds. i'm not even mentioning antioxidants and other stuff
First, the effectiveness of vitamin supplements is often questioned. And it is often argued they're absorbed better from food regardless. Then, some vitamins need fat for absorption, while others may clash with each other.
Second, you're entering a weird zone of having a stack of vitamins & minerals like a guy who's serious about fitness, but eating like your average obese lard.
Third, there's stuff beyond vitamins and minerals, all other kinds of micronutrients and stuff like antioxidants, some of which we don't even know about that certainly can benefit our health. That stuff is not gonna be easy to replicate in the soda.
Other than that, that doesn't sound all bad, except good vitamins can cost a lot and it's just not really worth the hassle
Good grilled chicken is just as good if not better than the fried stuff and fast food burgers just don't appeal much to me. I do slop on takeout pizza a few times a year though.
the only fast food i eat is kfc, and i only ever get chicken pieces. no more than once a month.
i usually purposefully buffer that with a pre-24 hour fast and post-24 hour fast (i roll semi-strict omad normally but make 0 exceptions if i know i'll have kfc)
while buying my own whole chicken and butchering it myself is 100% the better thing to do, i have a plan for kfc regardless.
Related question, is air frying a good alternative for chicken tendies? >Sit in Milk, egg, hot sauce overnight >Flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder crust >Air fry >Eat with 0 calorie Mustard
as opposed to what? an oven? the method of applying heat only matters when you require additional calories to act as a medium for heat transfer, aka deep frying. air frying is literally an electric oven. you can produce the same effect with a dutch oven on a camp fire while constantly opening the lid to release moisture.
5 guys sucks and is the most overpriced and overrated burger and fries place. fries always soggy. burger tastes cheap. costs like $25 for fries and burger.
Yes it's bad for you. Working out doesn't change that.
You can offset most of the damage it does with enough effort, but why not just eat better in the first place? Real food is less expensive, not actively damaging you and your gains, and doesn't NEED to be offset.
If you do your routine first then feed after.
Swap soda for water and its fine
Of course it is, you can't out-train a bad diet. You would also need to throw the fries and the bun away.
You can if you do enough cardio fatass
You absolutely can.

Seems like you know what you're talking. Quick question: give me 1 recipe with many absorbable nutrients
I don't know what to cook for myself today
once or twice a month is ok

This stuff is tasty but always makes me feel sick afterwards. I think it's all the salt in it.
you will never make it if you consume GOY SLOP more than once a week.
