Is forearm training a meme?

I know guys who don't even lift who forearm mog me. Is it all just genetics?
Are exercises like wrist curls and reverse curls actually going to increase forearm size or are they a waste of time?

      Just like everything else, you can be genetically predisposed to having good forearms (or calves, or obliques) without training them but they can also get big from lifting. It just might take longer. Don't listen to demoralizers or guys like

          I know, I wasn't calling you a demoralizer, but I disagree with your opinion on how to get bigger forearms. You can get huge forearms from manual labor but it's too time consuming to be optimal. Anon can train them in the gym and get the same results in less time. Pursuing manual labor to get bigger forearms is like pursuing ballet to get bigger calves.

      My job definitely helps I know that much, my forearms are almost as big as my calves, but turning wrenches and swinging hammers all day will do that. My wrists ache most of the time which sucks

    I like sexcore but I feel like that would constrain bloodflow on the arm too much to be comfortable or even tolerable

    Also notice how the sleeve is much tighter around his biceps after he rolls them up, that accentuates his biceps, it's like wearing tight clothing, also the sheer sleeve volume itself increases the apparent upper arm volume, like butt pads. There's also the skin, like a girl showing a bit more leg.

    They don't get bigger form lifting in my experience but they definity get more defined. Hammer curls, heavy pulling and simply gripping heavy weights have made mine a lot more vascular

    This is going to sound ungrateful but idc. I actually started doing calf workouts and they’re growing like crazy within weeks. I’ve been doing forearm workouts for years and have barely seen any progress.
    Idk if there’s some genetic propensities here at work but I wish it was reversed. I am ottermode with wide shoulders and lanky arms with 7 inch wrists, I basically look like crash bandicoot. Any recommendations?
