I don't understand why you wouldn't eat the orange. Don't drink your calories, unless it is milk.

Only if you add sugar, 90% of the time oranges are acidic or just not sweet at best.

        >add sugar to fructose juice

Nobody should take anything serious from this board. Apart from me, hence the trip.

Why not just eat the orange? Its tastier and gives you fiber.

I lost 15kg simply because I stopped drinking 500mL of orange juice in the morning; which I replaced with Pepsi Max. I feel like shit, but the results are good.

Beetus moment. Shouldn't have been a ketolard.
Either way, keep the fats low and protein moderate and eat carbs to satiety instead of autistically tracking 347.64g of sugar every day.

Can you explain the mechanisms involved in your body that make it so that low carb diets would lead to diabetes, when there's thousands of studies available all showing low carb diet efficacy in increasing insulin sensitivity, lowering BG, and lowering A1C significantly?

    >gulping down fructose, pretty much the worse kind of sugar
    >good for you

    LOL.

You eat fruit whole, or you might as well just drink syrup.

The liver is the only organ that can metabolize fructose, and with overload (easily happens when gulping pure fructose juice) it can only turn it into fat.

        >source
        >the liver is the only organ that can metabolize fructose

You might as well start your day with water and table sugar...

Eating the WHOLE orange is totally different.

I put a slice of orange rind into my daily old fashioned wienertail, made of bourbon (corn alcohol) with a maraschino cherry.

Can this be considered healthy drink?

Eating a lot of fructose in the form of added sugars may:

    >Impair the composition of your blood lipids. Fructose may raise the levels of VLDL cholesterol, leading to fat accumulation around the organs and potentially heart disease

    >Increase blood levels of uric acid, leading to gout and high blood pressure

    >Cause deposition of fat in the liver, potentially leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

    >Cause insulin resistance, which can lead to obesity and type II diabetes

    >Fructose doesn’t suppress appetite as much as glucose does. As a result, it might promote overeating

    >Excess fructose consumption may cause leptin resistance, disturbing body fat regulation and contributing to obesity

HURR IS IT GOOD TO DRINK THIS DAILY!! And the one moron above "Yes, and add some sugar to it"

    LMFAO.

I mean who the frick in history got 10 oranges, just had the juice taken out and threw the rest?

Nobody. Fruit juice is a modern day thing, like seed oils. It is pure goy garbage.
