    I'm 40 and people have been hating carbs my entire life. I was also fat most of those 40 years. Then I started eating nothing but starchy carbs and very little fat. I lost 80lbs since I started. The weight keeps going down. Think about that ketolards.

                Yes, and I did it without clogging my arteries or giving myself heart disease. I've known four keto cultists. They all lost weight. They all gained it back with a scary amount of interest. One ended up in hospital for a heart condition. One ended up with a tumor on her head. Excess amounts will result in PERMANENET plaque with the surplus, and literally shave YEARS OR EVEN DECADES off your life. carbs are pretty good for weight gaining on a small/large surplus.
