I've done SS and Texas Method. Program works great.

You can eat whatever and train however and still get big on PEDs.
Our boy Sam is living (for now) proof lamaooo

I love you all. We're all gonna make it. I'm natty btw.

YOur build looks just like me and I've never touched a strength program. I've done basic shit since I was in the military. I'm 226lbs and 6'2.

Wish I was a genetic freak like you. I'm 6'1 at 187 (cut down from 212.5). Military shit gets you toned as frick, so I believe you're aesthetic. Thanks for serving this great country.

mirin but where are your pecs?

I'm trying to find them bro. That's the one caveat of doing SS/Texas Method - my chest is severely underdeveloped. My legs look like they were trained for 5 years, my chest looks they were trained for 6 months. I'm going to do a hypertrophy program this year. Difference is, when I do 3 sets of 10 reps, it's not gonna be with b***h weights.

steroid use is rampant in the military and police. you don't look like that just from being in the military and running/doing pushups.

              >i was in the army for 6 years. everyone jacked did roids and openly talked about it.

                Anonymous

I thought using roids gets you barred from the military? I remember hearing a frick ton of stories about how special forces candidates caught using steroids were publicly humiliated. Plus, lots of soldiers and marines don't really look all that big.

                >In the police
                Okay THAT I believe.

In my time in I heard of zero people ever getting in trouble in the military for steroids. More specialized units its basically mandatory/normalized that almost 100% of people have atleast done cycles in the past if not currently on it. All of my friends that deployed were ordering SARMs and injecting testosterone while they were on deployment and were benching 3pl8 at like 170 pounds.

Special forces dudes literally just do steroids and play basketball/go to the gym for PT.

Yeah but you're also one dude on the internet. I hear countless other dudes saying it's not as common. The ones who say they got it say they got it for injuries/treatment. Others say they know a friend who tried cycles but were unimpressed and soon quit. I want to believe you. But I also don't want to believe you. Not everyone in Top-Gun (I know it's a fricking 90s Hollywood israelite shill movie but you get the gist) looked jacked as frick. And not every sailer in the navy looks big. Special forces guys are strong and aethletic, but not really aesthetic, and they even say that cardio is more in line with their profession than lugging around a bunch of extra mass.

                >jacked dude on roids
                >yeah uhh.. i only did it one time because i hurt my knee and a doctor gave it to me
                (been abusing it for decades)

                or
                >im not on roids
(because he is on testosterone and that is "natural")

You can believe what you want to man but the reality is millions of people are frauding nowadays and steroids really are cheatcodes.

If I was a cop or special forces I would 100% be on steroids and want my buddy to be on them too.. wtf is the downside? your pride? motherfricker we are going to war i don't give a frick about you getting bonus points for "being natty"

I've done conscription and did some training with americans and while the regular grunts were by and large flabby and dumb (sorry not sorry), the more professional guys were strong but not some huge steroid monsters.
It just doesn't make sense to be huge, obviously you need strength enough to say, drag or carry a squadmate but beyond that what you need is endurance and a shitton of it and its stupid to even try to cheat that.

moronic picture. SS works great for what it's intended. Idiots try to push the progression too far and get injured, or get fat as frick. Just don't push too hard and don't completely pig out and you'll be fine

This. Fricking this. Starting strength is not meant to be a permanent program. For those who want to excel in strength sports and are willing to cut weight later, it CAN be the perfect program. But most /gay/gots who want to look aesthetic only need to do it for 3-4 months to develop a foundation. That's it. It is a BEGINNER PROGRAM. STARTING strength. It's recommended to everyone because a strength foundation will help you regardless of what you decide to do later on.

Just lift to failure, 6 sets per session, 3 sessions per week, 6 to 12 rep range. You'll get huge and strong fast if you sleep well and eat enough protein.
If you can't do this basic shit, you're a weak willed little worm.

3x10 is pointless especially if you doing 3x5. You are getting the same stimulus for less. You better off doing a accessory movement like dumbell squats where lats will be activated and glutes cuz ur going deeper then 5x5 so they are more primed when you 5x5 again.

more like 3x5 is pointless if you can do 3x10 instead.

every natty should be told this. if you want aesthetics either calisthenics/cardio/be a twink or use anabolic steroids.
