The carbs aren't going to kill you retard. The calories will. Go thin crust and you'll be alright. 300 calories for a personal pizza if you get the toppings just right. I've cut and made homemade thincrust pizza many many many times before. You'll be alright.
I think it is ok if you make thin crust pizza from your own dough. I usually make pizza dough from 300-350g of ap flour and that is for two medium size pizzas so calorie wise it's fine.
I never measured it but my guess would be anywhere between 30-35cm, depends how much I can stretch it. Sometimes I leave the sides but thicker because I like it.
it's not bad a 12'' pizza is about 150g of bread flour (110g of carbs and 540 kcal) you put about 170g of whole mozzarella on there ( 4 grams carbs 41 grams of fat also about 540 kcal) pizza sauce isn't too significant in this but we'll add arbitrary 100kcal for it. So we're at 1180kcal for our pizza 56 grams of protein, 115 grams of carbs, and 45 grams of fat.
so where you can most readily make a change here is going with lower fat mozzarella or going with less of it.
only for bulk my man
;_;
I really want to use my pizza oven but I also want to be lean
Pizza is to be cut, not for cut.

Depends on whatcha made the crust of. There's some recipes that use greek yogurt as a base, but jesus fuck is that dough awful to work with.

Okay now what's that measurement in units that actually matter?

its fine if you make your own. Especially smaller margaritas where you dont go crazy with the dressings or size
Not when you're cutting. And even then like once a month.
Just weigh the ingredients. No one else knows how you’ll make them.
it can be done, margherita made with low fat mozzarella is unironically a good meal if you go easy on the olive oil.
no
>looks at a massive pile of melted cheese
>YO DAT CARBS THO
isn't cheese okay cause it protein and fat
Yes
"Fat makes you fat" is a housewives fairytale from the 70s...
Its fine, just water, yeast and salt and let it rise/ferment for a few days.
Ive only had two pizzas this year. I miss them so much bros
I can eat 3 or 4 of those in a single sitting. They are terrible for cutting.
