    Either lat or tricep depending on how you hold the weight. If you keep your arms mostly straight when you push the weight back, it's lats. If you bend your arms at a 90 degree angle while lowering the weight behind your head, it's triceps.

      Your pectoralis minor gets targeted with some pull exercises (pull-ups specifically). Far as I'm aware it doesn't contribute much to aesthetics, it's just one of those small support muscles.
      Overall, no you can't really train chest with pull exercises.

    both but I think it hits lats harder than pecs because it takes them through a fuller ROM.

    i think the largest portion of weight hits the abs tbh, especially because the moment arm is the greatest with the abs
