Went out last night and saw a white girl did the same thing

    I did that once.
It got me hit on by a gay guy and almost got into a fight with a drunk.

    Yeah, you gotta be consistent.
On average, yeah your lifts are going to suffer. But you still gotta put the work in so you're good for next session, a shitty workout is still gonna fuel your next one.
And in any case, you'll find that a surprising amount of sleep deprived workouts will go fine anyways. Not all of them, not most of them, but somehow more than 0.

Yes. Even if its half a session, less weight, whatever, doing something is better than nothing.

It depends if you have no other choice, lifting something is better than not lifting or training at all.

Yes, it wakes you the frick up and proves you can push through some level of adversity.

I go to the gym at 7.30 in the morning, most of the time on the way there I don't want to go but after I've punished my body I never feel more alive. Then I get down to a solid days work with no fatigue.

I do this at breweries when they aren't busy. I like fresh beer and good books

Breweries are chill as shit, it's a shame they're so often out of the way and the ones that are central tend to go overboard with their front end.

exercise in general? Maybe not bad. I like going on walks when I can't sleep or get a headache, seems to help. Lifting your 1rm? Sounds like you just entered a sweepstakes whose grand prize is a no-expense-paid one way trip to snap city.

I am 27 years old and have only been to hole in the wall boomer biker bars. Am I missing out on anything?

      No. Bars are for losers.

depends. Just stopping in for a beer or two and something to eat? Maybe, maybe not, depends on the bar and the beer. Folks can knock hipster joints all they want, but some of em put out great food.
Going for the night out at the place in town with a bunch of bars? Most of the time nah, unless it's a thing with friends.

What kind of tired we talking? Like you didn't get a full night of sleep and are a little bit tired? Or like you have anxiety and depression from a fricked up work schedule and can barely sleep more than an hour or two a night?

I used to read in pubs a lot. I travelled by train a lot and id read on the train. Sometimes there were long waits for the next train so I'd go in the pub that there is almost always just outside a station and have a beer and keep reading. This was long before smartphones/ereaders were a thing though.

Good strategy, very common at expensive restaurants in my experience. However while this may enable a woman to meet a rich dude, usually it won't let her close to the golden egg that constitutes his actual wealth. Say a lawyer/ doctor introduced himself and they went on a couple dates; maybe he buys her a couple thousand bucks of shit but at the end of the day he could do a lot better and she's not going to acquire anything more than residue. I met a couple girls that did this in uni and one bragged that once the numbers had settled, this rich dude had paid out 2k/ month for her. But what is that really? Fricking piss all

It's a shitty thing to do, but we've all been there. Especially since some women, especially young women, literally refuse to give up on dudes that they've fallen in love with. You cannot leave or break up with these chicks. They believe strongly in the exception, the improbable. And they'll try to seduce reality through your heart or your dick until you hit a moment of weakness and it all begins again. And then after you finally leave them
they're distraught and fricked up for fricking YEARS. A lot of dudes will suffer silently and go the relationship route to save this creature her pain but I'm a piece of human garbage so I've smashed and yeeted probably 5 or 6 times

    >folding her book over itself
oh god jesus christ make it stop
Ain't nobody do that to a book actually worth printing, even if it's a paperback
