how about eat a moderate amount and exercise a moderate amount? I never really got fat people hate but their logic toward life is so fricking obnoxiously stupid. Why does everything have to be black or white. Either fasting or binging. Just be normal you fat sack of shit.

have mercy... usually the food pics are kind of alright. the do amerifats really meme gets overblown. But this is legitimately gross. cut the sauce by 90%, two patties is sufficient. the rest can stay.

      Oh. and in regards to
      >is it better to not do much and eat less or eat more and exercise?
Eat more, Exercise more. Every time. Every time. It's a hack. to be lazy and to eat less is a downward spiral of feeling like starved dog shit. it's brutal. much, much better to eat, be well fed and live an overly active lifestyle in every way. no question.

I am an Australian and I would eat that 3k calorie burger and then spend the next 6 hours on a hike.

Eat more and exercise absolutely. You are much less likely to be deficient in micro/macro nutrients.
A lot of people think they are "healthy" because they eat chicken and rice and 1500kcal a day but truthfully you are deficient in pretty much everything and that's not a healthy state.

Depending on what your goal is. It's healthier to exercise, but if you're planning to lose weight it's better to eat less as it's easier to calculate your calories that way instead of having to figure out how many calories you need to burn to be in a deficit.

Kind of defeats the purpose of a burger if it's falling to bits as you hold it, there's too much shit in there, way too messy and way too big, you can't even get it all in a proper bite

Eat more and exercise more. Because you want high metabolism.

Given the same caloric deficit, I'd rather eat more and exercise more than eat less and exercise less. I like food and cardio provides additional benefits over just burning calories.

However, eating less and exercising less is more time-efficient.

    Eat more and lift hard:
    >leave humanity behind
    Eat moderately and exercise
    >real human bean
    Eat less and do less
    >ideal for longevity, humanity leaves you behind
