Is it better to squat barefoot?

Is it better to squat barefoot? I know some will say that you should get lifting shoes, but squatting barefoot feels natural to me and my ankle mobility allows it.

My fricking god she has some of the best looking feet in the world. I rarely get horny for just feet pics, I want the feet to be displayed along with body or face, but these reminded of that anime girl with toe rings who has some of the lewdest feets.

I mean, you don't need squatting shoes when lifting light weight, so I'd say go for it.

It's really a matter of preference. personally, the arch on my left foot could be less shitty and I'll be damned if lifting shoes don't keep that arch right in the shape it ought to be, so I like em.
If you gotta know, just buy em, try em once, and return em if you don't like em.

Have women always known how hot good feet are? I look at it in the same way that they shave their legs. I think they have to know what they're doing by making their feet pretty.

They know exactly what they are doing but then act creeped out by guys who like nice feet and say dumb shit like “eeeww I hate feet”. All the while they spend time and money on pedicures and buy sexy high heels to show them off.

Imagine a cute girl takes her shoes and socks off and is embarrassed because her feet are hot and sweaty. Then she blushes as you sniff and kiss her toes.

I squat barefoot, it feels comfortable to me but I've been using barefoot shoes and toe spacers for a while. I imagine a raised heel makes it easier to move weight you would struggle with normally.

There is no issue if you feel comfortable and have proper form.
The feet posted have been narrowed by shoes but the toe alignment isn't bad.

everything is better barefoot for me. I walk with better posture and and balance, I don’t know if I can lift more cause I’ve always worn shoes to the gym. (Illegal in my gym) but I can run faster barefoot. Whenever I’m hiking or on an incline I find being barefoot more beneficial due to increased grip and the fact that my feet aren’t constricted to the angles shoes have set for them. I don’t understand why shoes aren’t rehauled and everyone just accepts the lost of the 10 toes and their function. It honestly feels like all
Of society is a lie. I truly don’t know if people genuinely prefer wearing shoes or if they are just conditioned to it.
