is it even possible to increase wrist size?

there's no muscle there, only tendons and bone. i think it's a mix of genetics and testosterone but i don't know about exercise.

can you grow bones? maybe possible. after all i grew one when i saw a latina doing squats at the gym last week.

should add that I have heard some people talk about doing deadhangs. others doing deadlifts, etc. Years and years, or at least intense effort.

Some others said HGH increased it.

Hgh(human growth hormone) is responsible for bone size not testosterone.

      aren't they linked together, though?

Not really. No. Testosterone and estrogen are though. And estrogen raises igf-1 it also closes growth plates though.

Lifting does thicken bones, but it's slow. Slower than muscle growth.

For the most part, wrist and ankle size won't grow much.

Yeah bones widen in response to stress. As with anything it will take time, consistency, and patience.

Technically yes, as said, your bones widen as a result of stress. As to whether or not it'll be significant enough to make a noticeable difference? Probably not. But there is an increase.
Quit b***hing about your wrist size. Literally who cares. You know who constantly b***hes about things? Women. Don't act like a woman. Be a man.

Not really but it also doesnt matter as much as the spergs on this board seem to think it does. I promise you women aren't going to give much of a shit about your wrist size. Focus on the stuff you can actually change.

I had barely over 6” wrists when I was 18, was taking measurements the other day and at 21 my wrists are now 7”. I assume it’s mostly a result of lifting since that’s when I started to take it seriously so I think it’s possible yeah

a lot of modern mens genetics are shit due to the sedentary lifestyle. we can only work hard to do that we can reverse this with our children

The wrist itself is basically set in stone where it'll be, but I've had to put a link in my watch from my forearms growing, keep lifting and your lower forearm will get bigger.

who the frick is looking at other peoples wrists? this has gotta be the highest tier of insecurity i have ever heard of

Incels absolutely tear apart their own appearances and do it to normies as well because of their scathing insecurity and inferiority complex. Most blackpill incels believe that most men are incels in denial.
There's this one looksmaxxed obsessed i used to talk to a lot on Instagram, 6'2 Norwegian with broad shoulders, lean, and muscular; one day he faces revealed and he just looked fricking weird and ugly. Just disgusting nose/lip proportions and he still claimed a world class middle third without a hint of irony

take a look at any mechanic's hands, bones grow in response to stress, the every day 12hrs a day for 20 years kind of stress, lifting wont earn you that., and it takes decades for any notable change

Hit your wrists with a hammer everyday causing micro fractures to build up size as they repair
