      Yeah but in the moment I get an overwhelming nihilism and go for my hit of food. Anon you dont understand this is like heroin to me

      depends on how much you hate yourself and if you can channel that hatred and stress into not eating (as much).

    Not if you don't curb your addiction. You cannot out-exercise a shitty diet. If you get that under control, though, then you can lose weight.

    i have BED and i just stopped eating as much and lost 35 lbs in ~10mo

    no really, its that simple. calories in, calories out. i hate exercise and just quit eating above my calorie limit, tbh i rarely counted at all and just ate smaller portions. theres no quick fix all answer you just need to be committed to the cause and train your self restraint

      Ive been targetting 1600 calories for years now and I just never stick to it. Ive had so many epiphanies that Im going to get diabetes like my mom and that my character should be stronger and yet nothing ever happens

      I have BED as well and no amount of adjustment regarding diet, sleep or exercise could undo my non existant impulse control

          If I take stims and for the next several hours my stomach is twisted in knots and I feel like im gonna die I tend to stop taking them

            Just learn to hate yourself a bit more, or at least that's what worked for me. Like look in the mirror and think about how fat you are. I also trained myself to be disgusted by food and that helped some. Also living with a morbidly obese roommate scared the skinny into me.

                I only get drowsy from them, but still I'd rather have that then feel lethargic, constantly hungry no matter how much I eat and keep being tormented by my mind if I ever manage to say no to urge

                My inability to lose weight was executive function. It's actually really easy to lose weight if you're neurotypical. I got better with meds so maybe you could try stimulants.

                i used to have horrible binge issues, but now am more ana than anything and can confirm putting my autism to the problem is what helped me lose weight

    5'9 and 190lbs mtf here, anon. At my worst I was 250 and I'm still working my way down. Believe in yourself, it takes time and dedication and you WILL relapse but you gotta just pick yourself back and keep going no matter what

    oh my god literally just dont eat. drink a lot of black coffee or 0 cal energy drinks if you have to, that will suppress your hunger. it’s what i tend to do. but also just eat healthier more filling foods, lots of protein and rice is good. i eat tofu a lot because it’s cheap and rly easy to cook and basically impossible to mess up even for me (im really not good at cooking). and vegetables and fruit, apples and broccoli are what i stick to because they are affordable. the way that you eat and the amount you eat is the best way to control your weight but i’d recommend some form of exercise too, walking/running is best for burning calories but some squats or whatever combined with cardio is ideal so you’re gaining some muscle and won’t just end up with the build of a strand of grass

      this may not be the best advice because i basically just barely eat and never work out but even with no ass im considered generally kinda attractive by just being skinny. try finding something that’ll distract you to the point where you’ll forget about eating. for me it’s just long immersive video games and tv shows
