>dont eat that lean protein you could get mercury poisoning that only happens to eskimo children and has never happened to anyone not eating 100% sea food for years
No, I think I'll eat tuna every day for my cut.
I recently read a study that found micro plastics may actually be a good source of insoluble fibre. The only real downside of micro plastics that I can find is that when fish consume them in large enough quantities it may lead them to think they’re full and therefore stop eating. If anyones got any good sources on actual bad health effects of micro plastics other than ‘mu-environment’ then I’d me more than happy to hear it
Mercury in most fish is something of a meme. Most (but not all) high mercury fish have much higher selenium which mercury bonds to some ridiculous number of times easier than it does to anything else. That's why tunas have such high lifespans despite actually containing all that mercury and why Japanese live so long despite basically consuming more tuna than everyone else combined. Worry about what you want to worry about but I've been eating 5-6 big cans of tuna a week and have never had any indications of mercury poisoning.
not really, usually high in mercury
How long until it's revealed that "mercury poisoning" is a israeli trick?
Go find an old thermometer and take a swig of the temperature juice, come back and tell us how it goes
C° or F°?
Celsius juice is easier to find, but Fahrenheit juice tastes better
It already is. Mercury is all natural.

Fishes are full of anti depressant.
And no, I am not being ironic.
Is ANYTHING safe to eat these days?
No, everything is full of micro plastics.
It is literally over for humanity.
And no, I am not being ironic.
unironically this. there is a fertility crisis looming due to micro plastic pollution and none talks about it.
There's no need for anti-semitism now, anon.
Doesn't seem to stop nigs or Mexicans from having 45 kids
Yep. It's a cultural problem. Not that microplastics and pollution aren't also a problem
We won't have fertility in less than 3 generations. But good news! We have baby pods coming!

The onions
Ze bugs, of course.
I would unironically consider it, but israelites won't even bother to make them cost effective.
Bugs are full of parasites and disease
So? That's good
yes fishes have alot of vitamin D, a natural antidepressant

Is there a reason to not eat 100g of smoked salmon everyday? I moved to Germany and this shit is cheap as frick. It's almost like cheating to buy it
Salmon has very low amounts of mercury, so it's free gains, friend.
