Is it Low T to cry?

Some nights, I just start crying uncontrollably and it feels good to let go of all the pent up emotions
Does anyone else do this or am I just a panty boy b***h?

holding everything in is a miserable way to live
if you feel like crying there's probably a reason and it will probably be good for you to do it. just make sure to do some introspection afterwards to try and understand what's got you feeling that way

No of course not. But if you're crying a lot you should talk to someone about things that are bothering you. If you don't have a good friend or can't afford therapy, look around for a support group, they're often free.

I pin Test and Sometimes I’ll be watching a movie I’ll feel the urge to cry during a particularly sad scene.

I think having high test makes you a lot more volatile emotionally tbh.

Isn't it because doing test raises your e2 levels?

That's reason enough, and it's better than bottling it up which can make you angry and bitter/ Look around for a guy support group, maybe an all ages one so you can find some mentor/experienced friends. Or look into some social sport, if you're IST then you probably have at least average athletic skill.

This is the gayest post I’ve ever seen.

Bruz, you pay a wxmxn to make you cry arguing it’s to prevent you from getting cancer and not a weird sex thing (it is a weird sex thing).

That just means you're not controlling your E2 while on a cycle, pinning T makes more T convert into E2 which can give you mood swings and being overly emotional like a woman, just get some Aromasin and most importantly do some bloods.

I pay a nice lady $110 a month to get me in a "safe room" and talk to me in a way that leads me to bawling my eyes out.
I find it hard to reach that point in daily life except for major moments where horrible things have happened.

Everyone needs to cry. If you don't let this stuff out it turns to cancer.

No. Stress reduces T. Emotional release reduces stress, ergo, crying increases T. Just don't become a lil soiboi b***h whining about every lil thing.

It's been at least 10 years since I've cried. There have been plenty of legitimate reasons to do so in that time, but I think I broke something fundamental in myself a long time ago.

I haven’t cried for a long time unless we count during watching tv/movies, kek. Idk why but I get pretty into them and get tears pretty often during sad parts. Real crying though not since my dog died which I feel zero shame about

i dont really cry much at sad stuff, but very rarely i feel like doing it for genuinely no reason
when this happens its as emotional as just going to the bathroom or sneezing or something

It is probably high T, I used to work in a funeral home and what I noticed about guys who cry is that tall or buff men cried the most over their lost loved ones, while short or ugly men literally never cried. It makes sense too because it isnt the tough who never cry but the dead inside, while happy normal people can enjoy crying. As one of the dead inside variety I can tell you that I have seen absolutely no reason to cry from a young age because nobody will care, it is a very normalgay socialized act that incels have no need for. Obviously I am biased here but my experiences with the grieving support my thesis.

No. It is low t to be hysterical especially around other people. Crying is a healthy grieving mechanism that can be done in private and at will. It is in fact more meaningful and sacred if it is hidden and esoteric

        T. Woman or nodad
Crying is a natural way of confronting and integrating a grief bearing event in life.
Crying in public like jerking off in public is shameful.
I’m sorry your father wasn’t emotionally accessible. That must have been hard lacking a masculine role model who teaches you how to handle your cognitive and emotional functions as a man. Your options do not need to be either total feminization like mommy or completely shut off like daddy. You can actually become a psychologically formidable individual and handle your mental state in a mature and healthy way.

My father is a better man than me, has always been in my life, still is. I have my own son. You are projecting so hard, it's sad. Literally NO ONE said anything about having a total emotional breakdown in a public place. (You) are the only anon to mention that.
Regardless, if a person needs to cry, they get to do so regardless of where they are. You talk about how "it's healthy" while stipulating it must occur in very specific settings... Which is the exact opposite of a genuine, heartfelt emotional experience. Go be moronic somewhere else.

Crying is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT part of the emotional healing process. Anyone who says "Men should never cry" is themself seriously emotionally fricked up.
    >Some nights, I just start crying uncontrollably and it feels good to let go of all the pent up emotions
Anon, if something triggers it, cry your eyes out. If it keeps happening, please get help. Find a therapist and work with them, be honest with them and more importantly, be honest with yourself. You have deep rooted emotional trauma that will never go away unless you make the very difficult decision to confront it.
    >.t 40yr old anon who suffered greatly between 16 and 30 but found peace and hope through therapy
Painfully, I know all too well what happens when people lock their pain inside themself. I once did, and still do from time to time. I also broke up with my girlfriend last thursday. She is 40 like me, but she suffered such horrible neglect and abuse, violent alcoholic parents that robbed her of a childhood, fled 3000 miles away to escape at age of 20, met a guy and married him, he was drunk all the time and would get high on random drugs, ended up beating her. Then he got sick and randomly died at 35... She tried to make it work where she was at, more shitty guys in her life, moved back home... hooked up with an old highschool friend and he treated her like dogshit.
Because of that unresolved pain, she was really shitty to me. I tried for so long to help her, in some ways I did. In the end I found myself becoming enraged constantly and didn't want to add to her pain. I am broken as frick right now, I've been crying non-stop. Monday I am going to get a therapist, been a few years and it's time to let go of the pain, leave it in the past. You can do it anon. Even if you did bad things, free yourself of the torment you inflict on yourself... or you will never be at peace.

When it comes to determining what is hight test and what is not then all you need to do is just think of stereotypes. They're 100% correct when it comes to hormones. Being stone faced, aggressive and showing no emotions is high test.

High test is a meme it has nothing to do with testosterone levels. My test levels are above the so called healthy range and I am the picture of b***h made. When people say high test they mean happy successful people that look healthy, not weak gays with no facial hair like me, the fact that I don’t cry doesn’t prove your point either because I am terrible at confrontation and I have a persecution complex and assume even if I am innocent I will be determined guilty and the guilty towards me will be determined innocent.

No, crying is a sign of high estrogen which for men a sign of high aromatization and therefore high testosterone. Just look at roid raging bodybuilders, their mood swings even more than women

I used to keep it inside and rationalise away things like anger and shit in order to try and be stoic and wonder why I was burning out at work all the time and isolating myself and drinking too much.

Then I started just unloading everything onto therapist + people who care about me and I finally feel at peace after fighting demons for like 15 years.

You need to get that shit out or else it will come out in unexpected ways. Some dudes have mental breakdowns while other flip a table over and punch a wall randomly since it will come out somehow.

Just get it out and allow yourself to feel.
