Is it possible to be meat intolerant?

My girlfriend always had a sensitive stomach, but claims that meat in particular would almost always give her an upset stomach, with diarrhea and occasional vomiting. She became a vegetarian about 3 years ago(around the time we met) due to this, and has much less gastrointestinal trouble now. Since moving in together, I now only eat meat once or twice a week since we enjoy most meals together. Having rice or pasta most days of the week is making me chubby, I can tell i'm edging closer to skinny fat. What would you do in my situation? Is there anything we could try to get her stomach to tolerate meat better? She eats fish just fine and we occasionally have it. As for other meats, chicken is the least offensive, while fattier cuts of pork are the worst. If she were genuinely meat intolerant, is there any reason that she would be fine eating fish but not other meats?

No such thing as "meat intolerant", she had some bad meat/meat prepared in a bad way when she was younger and now she thinks all meat is some boogeyman which will always make her feel like the previous time when she ate it.
I am 100% confident that if you somehow make her eat proper meat without her even knowing she ate meat that absolutely nothing would happen to her stomach.

In any case YOU start eating what you want to eat, show by example. Especially if you start to eat more meat and suddenly have a better physique as well, she'll see direct results. Or if you want to slowly make her start eating meat start with soups/bone broths. Then leave a piece of proper grass fed non Walmart meat in the soup. Then just put a few slices of a nice steak on some salad. Then a bit more meat etc etc you understand

Did she ever get bit by that tick that causes meat allergies?

was she bitten by a tick? i've heard of that

You can actually develop a reaction to meat.
In fact some paralysis ticks's toxin does this to some people. After they're bitten by the tick and its removed, they become "allergic" to meat.

      Yeah this.

      So, fish, chicken, and long-pig.

No. Caloric surplus and lack of exercise is making you chubby. Stop blaming other people. If you think you don't eat enough meat, cook it for yourself.

Bromelain is the natural enzyme in pinneaple that helps digest protein. Either eat lots of pinneaple or buy bromelain capsules. You can also get straight powder as it's used for tenderizing marinades.

Everyone should do this to get the most aminos out of their meat and have healthy digestion in general, not just your dumbass gf.

what are the implications of the seafood and chicken lobbies benefitting from spreading this allergy tick?
think about it, one bite and you gain a regular customer for up to 5 years to eat your products...

    ive read about this
they are called obligatory vegetarians because their digestion is so weak they cant digest meat or have a very hard time digesting it
You can read about it on Dr. L Wilsom's website, on the 'yin disease' article hes a bit of a schizo but has tons of based advice and info

Anyway, her health is just gonna keep deteriorating, Id suggest making her avoid fruits and raw/cold foods and reintroducing meat slowly.
Also dont put a baby in her. she will probably give birth to weak boys, find a healthier girl

I'm allergic to red meat since i took the vaxx.

Every time I eat it I break out in eczema sores that ooze pus and bleed. Dairy too.

Probably to non-ruminant meat (cow, sheep, bison) because shit like chicken and pork are high in pufa.

I've always had a sensitive stomach towards meat fats, not meat itself, but the fats; especially when used in gravy. Poultry in particular is the most offensive for me, but pork, and rarely even beef fat can give me stomach cramp and loose shits. Despite that I have no issue with milk, butter, or cheese no matter how fatty. Perhaps lean meat might work better for her.

That said, I wouldn't bother, in your situation I'd cook meat on the side, and only have a small portion of carbs. It's a little more work but frick it, there's nothing wrong with a couple eating two different meals at the same table, and frick carbs in particular. Hell if you're having sandwiches or salad you can get away with simply buying deli meats to throw into your portion, and fish like canned tuna is cheap and tasty if you want to eat the same thing from time to time.
