I mean its not running specific. You can get "cyclists high" but only runners would use such a gay terminology.

the "embarrassment" and taboo factor of taking a mans wiener up your ass just makes it feel so much better

Of course, why do you think people do that shit. Do you really think people run marathons for fun?
    >t. Used to do 60 miles a week

Yes. I ran every day for a week, only two weeks. But you want to go every day once you're in the rhythm. Just to get a bit farther.

will this not kill your knees even if youre not a fatass?

Depends on how far you run. I wouldn't run far, I'm a noob at cardio. And I'd run on asphalt so that's a bit shitty.
I would run maybe 2 miles daily with one interval of walking.

But about the knees, I think they'd indeed get fricked up. I think this is also the reason why Rocky Marciano retired quite early. This guy used to run 5 miles daily, at least. All days. Even Christmas mornings.

          >5 miles daily
That is nothing. The problem is when rooners don't lift. If you are a rooner and also a loofter and are not moronic and take a day off when you need to recover then you can run 70 miles a week no problem.

In a sense, yes, for you see you will feel less than if you start running and then start skipping days in as much as such being and running could and should be you see
