I mean. I go to sleep at 3-5AM, wake up at 11-13. So first meal is at 11:30-13:30. Last meal I eat at 21-23
Ideas that you get fat if you eat after a certain time is just old school calorie restriction. You could eat all your calories right before bed and you'd have the same results as someone who ate it all in the morning. Schedule your food for when you usually feel hungry during the day and don't worry about the timing
You will lose weight on a calorie deficit. Eating after dinner is just not great for longevtiy purposes.
Don't overthink things just eat less and exercise. If that doesn't work it's not the time you eat it's the amount, take off another couple hundred calories. Autistically mapping out every second of the day isn't gonna help you unless you are already close to the natty limit and struggling to still improve.
Frankly you don't even need to bother with exercise. To a good approximation losing weight is about maintaining a calorie deficit in your diet. I think millions of people believe gyms have a magical fucking aura that will make them thinner if they hang around it. They don't.
My advice to someone trying to lose fat is stop exercising other than going for a walk. Anything other than your diet is a distraction that will stop you getting into a disciplined habit of eating in a calorie deficit over many months to years, which is the only way you can lose the weight.
I would recommend exercise at least slme cardio, it creates a bigger deficit and allows fatties to put more food in their mouths while losing the same weight. That alone helps people psychologically and can keep them focused on the diet without frustration. It's not all about what's gonna physically make a difference on aesthetics with a lot of new people a big thing is keeping them happy enough to not ragequit.
If you're fat it is nearly impossible to do this.
A bag of chips that a fatty can eat in a few seconds has the calories of an hour on the bike in the gym. And the fatter you get the harder it is to exercise.
I think that encouraging people to believe they can trade off exercise for eating shit is counterproductive. It never works. The only important thing for fatties is to fix their diet.

Yes. Intermittent fasting is just a way to eat less calories that's easier for some people.
No if you eat after 8pm the calories go up exponentially.
