yes, anyone who is "well out of the reference range" is not on TRT but instead just simply roiding.
every REAL doctor is going to decrease the dose and you keep inside the reference range. the point of TRT is to not make you jacked, its so that you dont have hypogonadism and you can hold an erection and function like a man.

Most clinics put you at “optimal” which is around 1200-1400 instead of 900-1000. It is still enough to shrink your balls and cause minor acne if you don’t watch your dairy and sugar intake. They were giving HCG to save your balls but now they have to go for lesser medication in gonadorelin which is used in chemical castration in high doses and kisspeptine-10 which is still really young and as such sides and down sides are unknown other than it helps you fall in love easier. Neither save your boys as well as HCG but burgerland banning it outright has made things complicated even for the real frauds and impossible for clinic-cels.

From what I have been seeing even women who need help with fertility (what it was made for) can’t get it. Just one more for the pile of proof FDA does not care about your health or happiness.

It helps mentally but I’m close to the end of my first cycle with it and it absolutely is not saving my size. Boner quality and frequency is maddening. Almost teenager levels. When I coom the semen is on the chunky side but there’s not a lot of it. HCG is better overall as it is the actual hormone versus trying to get your body to do the work it already doesn’t want to do.

HCG didn't get banned you tards. The regulations around it made it so HCG can only be made by certain certified compounding labs (and becoming one is wicked fucking expensive). This made HCG cost prohibitive for most compunding labs to continue to make so most manufacturers discontinued makeing it, which made it too hard or too expensive for TRT clinics to continue to provide.

You already said the key phrase “feel like Superman”. That is drug pusher terminology, full stop. Rich wasn’t happy because he stacked things to make him a mass monster. He was happy because he was living. Roiding, even minor bits, does not turn you around. If anything they are a magnifying element. If you are sad and miserable and tend to anger you are going to be a miserable explosive dick. If you are already controlled and see the world and living as a positive thing then maybe it brings a little extra pick me up. If you want to feel like Superman stand up straight with your chest in the air like you are wearing the cape. Smile and look for opportunities to make other people smile. I’m on trt, it isn’t the cure all that some of the coping roiders claim. If trt is what you want, try it and see but if it doesn’t fit the personality script you have written for yourself, it won’t matter and you will still be miserable with your body and your attitude.

You roidmonkeys and your precious “TRT” are hilarious. You’re junkies and you don’t even realize it. No, you do not “need” testosterone levels outside of the normal reference range. Most guys don’t have that and are doing just fine. Most guys don’t even think about their testosterone. It’s really not as important as you think. You’re like stoners who “need” weed to be happy or opioid addicts who “need” dialudid for their pain except some of those people are at least self aware. Enjoy your heart problems and your crippling depression if your drug dea—err, “doctor” ever wises up and stops hooking you up with bathtub chemicals to inject into your ass.

      >can I roid without aging
you can TRT without too much aging
there is a fine balance point

too less T and you become fat fuck and have tons of diseases related to fat fuckery

      too much T/roids and

no, it's not. And I don't really think of TRT when talking about "roiding"
      >enlarged left ventricle (reduced pumping volume) will happen if the steroids are working at all
      >dyslipidemia will cause atherosclerosis and all the attendant cardiovascular problems
      >steroids additionally will cause thickening of blood through red cell production, exacerbating pumping + cardiovascular problems
      >all sorts of secondary health problems from higher blood pressure like stroke risk
      >prostate enlargement will happen and you will have extremely high risk of prostate cancer over time... remember that the occurrence rate of prostate cancer in the natty population is already 1 in 8
      >aging faster at the cellular level, shortened telomeres and accelerate cellular senescence
Enjoy! But at least you got big muscles

sweet spot is the right way
also regular blood donation, doing something to clean out your arteries of plaque, using anti aging state of art supplements that affect nrf2 ampk sirt pathways all help

in a way restricting telomere shortening is not always good. some cancer cells die out fast due to telomere shortening. if this is restricted, cancer cells wont die out

best way to live is not long but having great quality of life each moment till last breath

My hematocrit is high alas. I've been donating every eight weeks, very little red meat (<1 serving/week), increased water intake, grapefruit extract and it still keeps creeping up. 🙁 I'm gonna have to come off if it doesn't stop increasing.

This makes me quite sad. My T was 890 and my free is 16.6 and I felt -great-. Energetic, improved endurance, increased sex drive. 🙁 🙁 🙁

          >I've been donating every eight weeks,
          >high hematocrit

          whats your TRT dose?
make it as minimum as possible with more frequent pins like daily instead of a bulk big dose

          >I've been donating every eight weeks
tell your doctor to stfu, your hematocrit will rebound every time and come back stronger, not to mention your ferritin and iron levels are nothing now. Take Nattokinase, it is a natural blood thinner and watch your blood pressure.

No, once you take roids your natural test levels will never be the same.
That's why roidtrannies can't get off the needle and basically need to roid for the rest of their life unless they want to deflate to DYEL within two months.

Some of them yes, but you literally need a doctor to control your levels and give you things to counterbalance the test.
Also you CANNOT stop the test from affecting your heart, so if/when it does you are fucked

    Yes.

    And no.

If you're unlucky you're unlucky. Tough titties, enjoy being fucked up for life.

Once you get past that you have some control in compound selection.

And then the mitigation depends on the risk. Heart enlargement can't be stopped or fixed; roids grow mussles, heart is a mussel, it's gonna happen no matter what. But at the same time the "roids = big heart = bad heart" logic isn't as supported by research as you might think. Not all roiders have big hearts and the kinds of heart failure induced by a large heart seem to be a product of things other than simply heart wall thickness, for example. Don't get me wrong - you're not helping yourself. But it also doesn't appear to be as straightforward as just being a straight-up time bomb.

Brain damage is the same. You can control your exposure through compound selection and not doing roids before 25 but all roids are bad for your brain. Currently it looks like you lose a bit of visuospatial memory, some focus, and put yourself at risk for neurodegenerative illnesses later on. The exactitude of these things isn't clear; what is clear is that the brain damage is not acute or significant in terms of function (outside of neurodegenerative diseases).

Outside of those two "biggies" the rest can be mitigated fairly well. High haematocrit > blood clot > stoke, for example, can be mitigated by not letting your haematocrit get high. That means monitoring it with regular blood tests and actually treating it effectively by taking blood-thinners (do NOT phlebotomize yourself in ANY situation.). Things like atherosclerosis caused by bad lipids caused by roids can be treated with diet and exercise. Blood pressure can be medicated.

You end up being a walking pharmacy but if you do it "right" there's no reason you shouldn't be able to blast for a decade and then enjoy a happy and productive normal lifespan afterwards.

So how do I do self TRT

The easiest way is to get into one of the bullshit test clinics like MarekHealth or Deny or TRT Nation. They'll run blood tests. Generally, if you're under 300-500 (depending on the clinic and the symptoms you tell them), they'll start you out at 150-200mg of test a week. After a few weeks, they'll run blood tests again and keep adjusting your dose to get you within the 800-1200 sweet spot for total test. Once you have your dose dialed in, you can use UGL or find a doctor locally that will take over your care.

SARMS solve most of the roiding negatives, it’s a shame they weren’t researched more, ligandrol is great
