    No. I’m 40 and managed to get down to 12% body fat. Resting heart rate under 50 beats per minute. 165 lbs, started at 220. Blood pressure is normal. During my yearly checkup the only thing the doctor was concerned about was my bowel movements and eating more fiber.

        Been here for 18 years. The only reason I ever got laid because in my freshman year my desktop died so I had to go out drinking. That week before I fixed it I got a gf I am married to and have kids with.

    I'm 40, 6', and 310lbs and just really started getting back to it a couple weeks ago. Clean up your diet, eat nutritious foods, don't drink a ton of alcohol or shit, and exercise. I feel fricking great on a daily basis now and nearly invincible.

    At 30 you still have a good decade, at least, to see how strong you can get. In my case, 45 is where it all starts to go... but I still get my ass in the gym and do something.
