I started boxing at 28 and have an amateur record of 3-1 now at 30.

Nice one anon. I used to box in university years ago and want to go back doing it. Never felt I mastered a lot of basic shit though, like actually being able to avoid punches or move effectively (probably due to lack of real sparring as the club wasn't great).

Your shins are not conditioned to the ammount of kicking you are gonna do. You probably gonna break your leg

Im right. You never did an artial mart in your life

No it's you who never did anything. Because you're not just getting leg kicked with no protection in your first session. In any decent gym you work up to it and condition your shins in the process

Conditioning has nothing to do with shin strength
Its conditioning (rather, deadening) the nerves

You're too old to become a thai ladyboy if that's what you're asking

No. But since you're so old unless you have a background in some other martial art, competitive dancing, or gymnastics (the gay kind) you will most likely never be able to do a few different moves. Like heel hooks or question mark kicks. But you can get pretty decent. It's fun and Muay Thai is very chill compared to boxing.
