    Reduces your test
    Kills your thyroid
    Slows your metabolism
    Makes your hair fall out
    Makes you more injury prone
    Makes you pee a lot
    Makes your hands and feet cold

        Bulking and cutting cycles they just change durations and quantities as you progress. Usually going towards lighter bulks and more training uptime and having cuts not last as long. But any cut is going to seem bad when you compare to a (you) that isn't losing weight. You can't lose weight without losing some measure of health in the process (temporarily) unless you're on peds. Make your bulks productive and your cuts less brutal the rest should sort itself out in time.
