Funnily enough I think the only way for a country to be entirely equal is for it to be extremely militaristic. Everyone has the same amount of space, same uniforms, same food, goes through the same education and fits almost the same mold. A society like that would be kino. I personally liked my time as a conscript and would love to serve my country and my people in a system with rigid rules and responsibilities but that is just my nature. There would still be the problem of human psyche as many people are not wired like this.

I believe life is too easy right now and there is too much freedom which leads people into mental illness. We need tougher times to make people appreciate the ability to live and have food. This could be achieved with a great war, I do not hope for war but it could help

Assuming the society wants to limit those types of mental illness. The images also claim big corporations should act in an ethical manner, which should apply to entertainment too. It should be done in a manner that does not abuse the people's dopamine system. In such an utopia if they chose to do this and also limit the spread of mental illness as you suggested, it could be done.
However, if step out of the author's utopia and into the real world, I cannot put trust on entertainment companies making something less addictive on purpose. The mental illness is not purged, rather it is let flourish and even pushed onto people. In this world now that the internet as a tool is decently figured out I believe it will remain a negative element.

In these "utopian" worlds, how do I get more food if I want to bulk and grow my muscles?
Who decides where the line is drawn regarding what is a waste of food that just makes me fat, and what I actually need or is given to get stronger?
And what if I just need more food one day because I had an active day and need to fill up the lost calories?
Do I have to fill in some application for more food if I want to go on a calorie intensive hike?
Or are the people who dream of these worlds just fatties who never work and just imagine that they could finally be healthy if someone just stopped them from eating?

Fame and wealth typically naturally follow some form of ability or at the very least the ability of ones forefathers in most cases.
