If on roidz, suicidal thoughts tend to happen due to imbalances. Weights help, but I sometimes suffer from negative thoughts.

    >"""suicide"""
He and chris cornell knew about the adrenochrome harvesting and were """suicided""". Tricky to break your arm in two places by hanging yourself

Is suicide really that bad if I have nothing to live for, bros?
I don't know how much longer I can fight these demons and more importantly - for what?

Your demons fill your head with lies and make you believe them.

Change the environment of your head and body so demons can't survive.

On the off chance that this is a serious question, the answer is cardio. Cardiovascular exercise has been proven to be more effective than medication, and more effective than the combination of medication and exercises, when it comes to the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder. They speculate that this is because it also teaches person about their own self-efficacy, but it's remarkable nonetheless. By all means start lifting, but first do some cardio if you are suffering from depression.

It's helped my nephew a lot with his mind becoming a runner

      Yup, this is the way.

Lifting heavy multiple days a week is great but I never felt quite as good as when I was doing 4-6 cardio sessions per week, usually on my bike. Plus a lot of long walks/hikes with the doggo in the outdoors. Leave the phone and just "forest bathe." Feels good man.

Why did he do it? He had all the money and support in the world to make things better.
Meanwhile my uncle is 55 year old, min wage, toothless heavy smoker who got divorce raped out of his money for the past 20 years and has to live with his mom and he still hangs on to life like a champ

My guess is he was losing attention and the music like crawwwling in my skiiiiin became funny memes. He probably hated the weebs stealing his songs for AMVs but couldn't say anything. He probably felt like everyone was making fun of him despite how serious he was about his music and depressed

This. Also, the band twenty one pilots stole their thunder, rose to popularity faster, amassed a bigger fan base and charted higher in less time.

For some people it seems to. I run most mornings and lift 4x week for years and it doesn't really stave them off. Probably more likely to work than SSRIs so try exercise first

I think some people are born with genetic wiring that predisposes them to suicide and once something triggers it they'll do it no matter what. In these cases I don't think there's anything that can be done.

If the suicidal intent comes purely from environment or some outside influence like losing someone dear, the person can still be saved.

lifting weights changed my life and got rid of my depression

I think it was related to an increase in testosterone

this guy seems to be lacking it so I think it would have helped
