          I'm someone else. I think you're mostly correct. What matters the most is you have some muscle (lifting for 6–12 months at least) and you wear clothes that make you look good. No female cares what you look like or how much you bench press/deadlift if you wear baggy clothes, ever.

      If you trained for aesthetics alone, then the only thing you improved are your looks. That's all fine and good, but it sure as hell doesn't make you a better fighter, even if you did get somewhat stronger as a byproduct of working out. If you want to be better at fighting, make that the focus of your training and you will stand a better chance next time.

      And besides training, a great way to avoid getting your ass kicked is to not be the kind of dipshit who gets into fights while going out with your friends. That's pretty immature and if you really want to impress women, that's about the dumbest way to go about it.

    You should have gone to a free boxing class where they do technical sparring and realised you don’t know what you’re doing… I did and knew I needed to get better. Sadly the only boxing gym near me is the most expensive and furthest drive with the fewest classes so I go to one of the thousand bjj gyms for now until I move.

    Weightlifters who do low reps have slow twitch muscles which are bad for combat sports. You need explosive fast twitch muscles. They are also very stiff which ruins their force generating capabilities. I seen some buffed guys join our boxing class and they usually punch only with their arm but it's still powerful though. If you fight a non experienced guy you can easily beat him even if he has a mass and height advantage but if he has like 6 months of practise it's going to be very hard in irl fights. That's why I recommend everyone to practice a martial art that they like for at least a year. Its good to be confident when such situations arise so you stay calm and make proper decisions. Also makes you humble.

    You train for esthetics so don't expect to win in fights kek. Looking at your body sure you look great aside from the brown nips but you look ''funky''. Your arms don't look like they could have a great range of motion and power to ensure connection of good blows. For instance look at rich piana, he couldn't even move his arms for they were too big. That would really affect yourself in a fight. Also manlets have a better center of gravity and are built more sturdy. Usually manlets have also accumulated enormous amount of rage from the mockery and rejection they had to endure and they want to lash it all out on lanklets like you. Trust me I have manlet friends and I can feel this energy. You're like Legolas trying to grapple with Gimli. You stand no chance here.
